Nestled within the Emerald Island community, this 3BR/2.5BA townhome presents the perfect fusion of comfort and convenience. Located just 5 minutes from the magic of Walt Disney World, your getaway also offers a renovated interior and a TV in every bedroom.

Amazing amenities include a heated pool, spa, tiki bar, fitness center, sauna, tennis courts, basketball, volleyball, nature trails, playgrounds, and a clubhouse with a business center.

LIVING AREA

Featuring high ceilings and picture windows, the open-concept living area also has a Roku TV and a reclining sectional sofa.

KITCHEN & DINING

A full suite of stainless steel appliances and granite countertops gleam in the well-appointed kitchen.

Keep the chef company at the two-person kitchen bar. When it’s time to dine, the table seats six.

BED & BATH

This two-story townhome sleeps six guests between three bedrooms.

Sleep soundly on the king-size bed in the primary bedroom, which also has a flat-screen TV and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Two additional bedrooms are each furnished with two twin-size beds and a flat-screen TV. The second bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.

A half bath provides added convenience.

The pool/spa do not come heated. We also only offer pool heat during the months of May-September for $32 / day. Please give a 3 day notice to add pool heat for your vacation.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
