NO SMOKING. THE SECOND AND THIRD BEDROOMS EACH HAVE AN ENTRANCE AND ARE SEPARATED BY AN EXPANDABLE DIVIDER.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Comfortable Stay

We enjoyed our week because we were close to the beach, the condo was well equipped in the kitchen area to make meals if we chose to eat in, beach inspired atmosphere, and roomy.

Perfect Location

Very nice house and location. Spacious enough for our family of six. It was nice not to have to bring our own sheets and also nice have a set of starter towels. I loved having a washer and dryer as well as a full kitchen with a dishwasher. The only issue I feel that could be improved would be to call an exterminator to rid the place of ants. I used the vacuum multiple times throughout the week to make sure no crumbs were laying around. However we would still seem them throughout the downstairs. If this issue was resolved, I would definitely recommend as well as return to this location.

Perfect for our family

Close to boardwalk, loved the countertop in the kitchen!! Front door is heavy to open, but home is decorated nicely, has a great beach feel and is comfortable! Liked the outdoor shower to rinse after our day at the beach. Had a small ant problem (they enjoyed our Fractured Prune Donuts!!) The ice maker in the fridge did not work, ice on the boardwalk is expensive. Would have liked to have a few more lighter blankets for the beds. Also, only parking pass for one car. We called multiple times prior to our trip and were told to find street parking or pay for city parking around. We were pleasantly surprised to find street parking directly in front of the condo! Loved the balcony off of the master bedroom. We left our 3 beach chairs for other families to enjoy. We would stay here again :)

DISAPPOINTED and DISCOURAGING to be honest

We loved the house itself situated conveniently on beach block-with plenty of room plus some very nice amenities WIFI-AC-FULL KITCHEN BACK DECK WITH SEATING n AFTER BEACH CLEAN UP AREA, now the bad news *cleaning services were less the sufficient/adequate as per there postings and COVID-19 standards. On arrival previous guests laundery linen n towels left on porch premises 2 lrg bags only one was pu/removed after reporting them the dishwasher full of dirty dishes after reporting (the SMELL AND MOLD) on them *laundry basket upstairs full of bed spreads dirty linens in kids closet *Bathroom upstairs filthy and all counters TVs and stainless steel appliances has to be wiped down and cleaned by my wife and 3 daughters and son *Plus make sure your parking pass is correctly filled out to avoid getting written notes with threats of towing from the village association on your vehicle SMH So parking on the street was safer the first 2 days I was asked to correct the parking pass and write the house number on it WTH All of the incidents were photographed and called In or texted to Vacasa mgmt (with photos) Yes someone did text back-I was texted to turn on the dishwasher on HOT n WASH(no one came out to fix the ice maker so I had to buy bags of ice during my stay) so the place had to be cleaned and clorox wiped down by my family and we left it as per there app cleaner then when we arrived all garbage disposed of + 2 loads of linens cleaned for them GOODLUCK with the cleaning services! Phitis of before and after will be in my reviews posted to my yelp and Google maps accounts Vacasa mgmt was less then satisfactory/fulfilling on any complaints/correctons regarding our stay at Ocean Breeze #18 I will be more careful in reserving a home again and deal with an owner/operator directly like we have done in past rentals or a hotel

Great location and spacious ! Bess were not made comforters and blankets were in the washer and dryer which were left in there for days we had no idea until we went to use the washer we had to go out and buy sheets and pillowcases and blankets when we discovered the blankets and comforters were in the washer and dryer they had to all be re-washed because they were left wet in the washer and dryer there were ants all over the counters and ant traps everywhere couldn't leave food even closed on the countertops or eat at the countertop at the with stools because there are ants constantly everywhere. The upstairs bathroom would not flush inside the tank the chain was broken took two days for a plumber to come out to use the main bathroom and there is water on the bathroom floor in the downstairs bathroom. The shower was not cleaned out and place was not thoroughly cleaned as the pass gas hair was in the bathroom in the shower and they left their shampoo bottles and soap. When you go on vacation you're not looking to have these kind of issues and when a place says that they provide sheets and blankets I should not have to go out and purchase sheets and blankets to sleep nor should I have to do four loads of laundry to wash the comforters that had been left in the washer and dryer and smells horrible. I booked through Vacasa and not privately to avoid these kind of issues . When you're spending $2500 for a week to be on vacation you should not be inconvenienced by any of these things and to find ant traps in five places in the kitchen and countertops is disgusting and it should've been addressed and taken care of. Giving us $250 reimbursement was not satisfactory to me when I had to spend $1409! Sheets & blankets and mess a family dinner for my mothers birthday waiting for a plumber that never came and having six family members inconvenienced by not being able to use the bathroom in addition having to wipe down and clean a house that should've been cleaned when we arrived. Then having to go and buy Tupperware to store our food to avoid ants climbing In The bags and all over our food ! Clearly it was a problem Vacasa was aware of in the past Because they had ant traps set all over the kitchen counters by the stove and in the downstairs bathroom we were not told of this issue prior to booking. We left a day early extremely frustrated as we ordered out food and we're sitting at the kitchen table and the pizza box that was sitting on the countertop that we had just wipe down already had ants climbing inside the box even though the box of pizza was closed ! It was extremely frustrating and we had to throw out our food.
