Enjoy your vacation at one of these 2 level units located on the boardwalk. This building is conveniently located close to amusements and local restaurants and offers 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.




This two level unit is located on the boardwalk. Two bedroom, two bath unit with a fully equipped kitchen, washer, dryer and central air. Conveniently located to amusements and restaurants. Elevator and one car parking. No pets, please.




NO SMOKING. TWO LEVELS WITH STEPS. POM NOT AVAILABLE, SECURITY DEPOSIT ONLY.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Great location for sure... the place could use new patio furniture and at least one new bed... had an issue with the door lock but after it was fixed it was all good... overall it was good

The two decks and two-level living spaces were fantastic for our group of two couples. We were able to share meals and enjoy the common space and then retreat to our own spaces of privacy. It was lovely.

Well worn property. Not clean at all, floors covered in sand, whiskers in sink, shower drain clogged. Knobs missing from cabinets and dressers Bathroom door striker plate broken out, could not close or lock. But great location !

We will be bringing these issues to the homeowner’s attention as well to bring suggestions to work on during the off-season. Beautiful

This condo was very comfortable for our family. The kitchen was equipped. It has 2 full bathrooms. Three beds, one sofa bed. Cable tv. Great location, beautifully decorated. The thermostat being in 72 all the time was an issue for us since the back bdrm was hot. The floor was a bit sandy when we arrived. However, it wasn't a big deal, we're at the beach! The vacasa team was helpful and polite. The condo is a gem. We loved it and we're planning to come back!

Needs a makeover

The place was clean. Linens provided were not adequate for late January. Could not get into condo. Key lock not working. After two calls to property manager, code for lock box with physical key was provided. Not a good idea that code was 911. Walkway and elevator corridor had no lighting.

The condo was ok. Needs a good cleaning wall had dirt marks and who know what else on the walls. Toilet seat upstairs was broke. Beds were horrible to sleep on woke up with back pain every morning. Positive was the view. But didn’t like the porch as neighbors could see had one side arguing with each other and the other side trying to look in the condo. Had left over clothes in the drawer from before guest.

Nice, but Not as described

We weren’t informed ahead of time that check in required picking up a parking permit 10 minutes away so we were in limbo for a couple hours between waiting on hold and finding parking etc. The map shows the property as being located right next to Ripleys but it is much further down, at least 4 blocks which made a big difference for us. The unit was not clean. There was a opened can of beer under the couch (where pull out mattress is stored), the pull out mattress itself was all springs/ rusty/ sand in the bed/ broken. There were opened condiments in the cabinet and dishes in the dishwasher. All of the cables were disconnected from the router or tv so we spent at least 45 minutes trying to figure and fix that. With all of that being said- the unit has potential. Great views, convenient location for most ppl who want boardwalk front/ beach access. According to the call center lady, the unit was a new rental so maybe they will get the kinks worked out but I definitely feel ripped off after our stay :( they ask for feedback but haven’t tried to fix anything. Good luck!
