There's a spacious two level deck with a place to dock your boat, and along with your stay you'll have access to kayaks and paddleboards on the nearby Crystal River to swim with the manatee at Three Sisters Springs-all free! Fully furnished with high quality towels, linens and toiletries. Come Relax in the Sunshine State!

There are plenty of trails and bike paths nearby and its only a 2 hour drive to Disney!

Although we never met host, our communications were well answered. The property is in a quiet neighborhood which lent to a very relaxing stay. Please note the beds are in the loft, so you have to walk down steps when nature calls in middle of the night. One morning we saw a juvenile manatee and several fish pass the deck. I wish we stayed longer to enjoy the deck and firepit more. We did borrow a kayak that is kept at a different location to paddle Three Sisters Springs where we saw lots of manatee. The home is well equipped for a pleasant stay. The laundry room is in same building which was very convenient. Machines are very clean. The unit is older but clean and comfortable.

Manatee trip

We came to see manatees, and we were not disappointed! The loft was perfect for 2. There were so many great places to eat and places to see. We can't wait to come again in January!

Cozy getaway

Super cozy and rustic property with loads of charm. Host was extremely accommodating. Great spot if you enjoy fishing, kayaking or hanging by the river. Great way to experience the crystal river area without staying right on crystal river

Adorable Property!

The property has three rental units that share the grounds on the river. We stayed at the loft - a cute property just right for 2 people! The other rentals are called the Tree House and River House. All were beautiful and unique! The owner was rapid in her response and willing to help in any way. Thank you for a beautiful place to stay when we were in the area!

Checking out the area

We ventured up to Crystal River for the Manatees and to check the area out for for possible retirement. Neither happened. We both wound up with Covid and never made it past the adirondak chairs on the deck. But what a lovely place to be sick. Would 100% recommend.

Amazing location and property!

This was the cutest Loft house ever. Had all the amenities you could ever need. Most comfy beds. Extra comfy blankets. The deck by the river is the perfect place to drink morning coffee, watch wildlife, and fish. The kayaks will take you for a long journey around the area. Owners are the most friendly hosts. They invited us to their person house on Crystal River to use their kayaks and see the manatees up close. We saw at least 30 or more. The local cuisine is so great! Went to Seafood Landing and Kelly's Irish Pub! A must! We can not wait to go back in a few months.

Fantastic Florida Getaway

This is a wonderful loft/bungalow right on the Withlacoochee River with a beautiful community deck as well as Kayaks to use in the river. It is a convenient drive to Crystal River if you are planning to see the Manatee. The living space was nice and clean with all the amenities you need to enjoy your visit. We were very impressed with the ice making machine. Literally had plenty of ice in a matter of minutes. Also want to mention the beds because they were so very comfortable which was greatly appreciated after our long days. We were thrilled to learn that our host also had a couple of Kayaks available for use, in Crystal River, at the Three Sisters Springs area. It was the icing on the already Great cake. Hope to return to this lovely place.

Relaxing time on peaceful property

This is a beautiful property located right on the river. The deck overlooking the river was a plus, and the large yard was private and relaxing to stroll around. There was also a bald eagle that liked to hang out nearby. The loft is not a large house, but we were comfortable in it (four people - two adults, two teens). The beds and couches are very comfortable! The kitchen had everything we needed. The shower was a bit tight for a 6', 210-lb teen, but workable. The host was gracious, communicative and helpful - the kayaks were a hit! There are two other rental houses on the property, but they are not connected by wall space. No problems with noise or parking or anything.

Peaceful Stay Near Crystal River

My husband and I picked this location to start off a week long trip into SWFL. We could not have been happier!The loft is one of three dwellings on this property backing up to a beautiful, peaceful river. This unit was definitely small- basically one open room downstairs and single bath with an open over head loft. The footprint is quite small. Think tiny house but SO cozy and cute! Pretty well stocked cabinets for cooking and the owner is very generous to provide coffee pods, plenty of TP, and supplies for the shower. The shower itself was a little too cozy, but for a couple days the whole space was perfectly lovely. The setting is beautiful! The host provided outdoor gas grills, bikes, access to kayaks, and a fire pit. We felt like family. It’s a 20 minute drive down to Three Sisters Springs. We borrowed the owner’s kayaks and were able to paddle down to kayak with the manatees! If I could do it again I would pick a weekday as a Sunday was a little crazy, but we had an amazing experience and saw many manatee and other wildlife.This place is a gem and we would absolutely visit again!

We loved our stay. Jacqui was so helpful. The property was beautiful, peaceful and just what we needed. You could relax on the deck overlooking the river. Kayak there or take short drive to crystal river and use their kayaks to see the manatees .

Newly Weds Getaway

We had a wonderful experience! Everything was so simple and easy! Mrs. Kay was super friendly and helpful! She even left us a cheesecake in the fridge! We enjoyed the easy access to the crystal river and the three sisters! We will most definitely be back with our babies next time!

GREAT GET AWAY!!

The Loft unit we stayed in was perfect for my best friend and I. Beautifully decorated and super clean! They have all necessities covered as far as kitchen/bathroom needs. Jackie (sp?) Kay's daughter was super helpful & we appreciated her expertise of the area. It's a beautiful setting right on the rive3r and was so peaceful & quiet!! Would definately book again!

Quiet location and well appointed apartment. Love the dock and available kayaks. Communication with the property owner was fantastic. One word of caution - if you're over 5'10", you may bump your head on the ceiling upstairs (like I did twice)...

Perfect

Loved it. Very clean, so clean (this is more important than anything). Responsive host, answered all questions rapidly and very easy check in. There are three properties very much on each other but then there is no one. The actual location is isolated and private except for the other two accommodations. Our neighbors were just fine. Grill is new, towels fresh, kayaks accessible, sheets clean, grounds well kept, they let a larger then advertised dog stay (he a big ole boxer so they are flexible), no signs of pet smell in the accommodation, able to park boat trailer in the front yard (spacious), bicycles in property, plenty of dock frontage to accommodate the other units, chocolate in frig, plenty of pillows / bedding …. Can’t say enough about it.

Beautiful Loft on side of the river

We had a wonderful time there for our daughter's spring break! The loft has everything you need and there is a big deck on the side of the river. There are kayaks at the house and we enjoyed kayaking a lot in the river. The owner also has kayaks at Crystal river for you to access Three Sisters Springs and we showed three manatees there! There are two other houses on the property at front of the river. We hope we can try them in the future sometime too. There are good seafood at local restaurateurs. You also can buy fresh oysters, shrimps or clams from a local store (Happy Harbor Seafood).

Quiet and serene

Location was beautiful, river in your backyard, surrounded by trees, bushes - very peaceful. 20 minutes from restaurants. Kitchen well-equipped. Only bad thing about kitchen is that oven didn't work, but it was an old oven. We adapted. Cozy space, quiet, laundry on site. I would caution though that sleeping in upstairs loft may not be suitable for older couple which my husband and I are. But ideal for a younger couple. Our dog loved playing outside. I would definitely come back but would stay in one of the one level units. We really enjoyed our stay.

Much thought went into planning... dog-friendly!

We enjoyed our stay and the location, but we hadn't realized that 2 other options were available on this property. Our loft had adequate room, but the upstairs slanted ceiling was a challenge. Perhaps moving the beds would help. Lighting could have been better in the kitchen area. Installing an overhead light - even a battery operated one would have helped. We found 5 days to be a long enough stay.
