Pete was a very nice host! The location is incredible! Took me like 5 mins to kayak to Three Sisters. We will be back!Only thing: outback was really dark at night. Would be nice to have some lighting or solar lights to enjoy the water view at night.

We had such a wonderful time! The host, pete was very accommodating, communicative and friendly. The house is cute and in an excellent location! Being able to use the kayaks to paddle down to the spring is amazing. Would 10 out 10 recommend, Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Loved the place and couldn't ask for a better location. Got to swim with several manatees, including a baby, right in the condos canal. Super convenient that kayaks are already there and available for use. Got to meet the owner, Pete, and he was great as well. Very friendly and knowledgeable about the area.

The location was awesome. We were close to stores, restaurants, and parks. The property manager was great about checking to see if we were able to clear tv issues. The only problem was the cleaning crew wasnt very thorough in certain areas.

Fun weekend!

Had a great weekend! Definitely book a snorkel adventure through River Ventures and see the Manatees. Eli and Captain Garrett were great guides, and the Seafood Seller is delish! This was a May trip, so we only saw about 6. Captain said there will be 60-80 in the bay in January! We may plan a winter vacation to return and see more. This property was conveniently located and right on the water for easy kayak access. The property has lots of bath towels, (bring your own beach towels), and only a few cooking utensils and dishes, but we ate out anyway. I apparently misread the provisions, so bring along a hair dryer! If you forget anything there is a Sav-a-lot grocery, and Dollar General just down the street (but they close at 8pm.)Host was pleasant and owner was very responsive to email. You'll get to visit with little dog Poppy from next door and she loves to play tug of rope! Book today!

needs a good cleaning

The kicthen and living room was very dirt, under the couch has a lot dust, the glass windows was very dirty. There were huge cockroaches on top of the kitchen sink at night. Upstairs rooms were clean.

Dated but convenient

The property was centrally located and it was easy to get to local attractions and grocery stores. However, everything in the place could use an update. The shower was filthy and still had hair in the drain and there was trash and food remnants left in the kitchen. Things were not labeled outside so we weren’t sure what kayaks to use and the neighbors let their dogs run free (not an issue for us but certainly something to note).

1st time in Crystal River, FL

It was wonderful! We’ll definitely e back for another visit. We especially enjoyed the location of this rental & the use of the kayaks. We were very close to manatee viewing and were able to enjoy them every day we were here. This rental had everything we needed.

Pete Vega Manatee Property Mgmt, Our new family lives just outside of Orlando which is approximately 1.5 hours from Crystal River. We are all Florida natives; Pete grew up in Inverness which is the town next to our vacation condos and why we chose Crystal River. We like the laid back sleepy little town feel and fell in love with the areas springs, specifically Three Sisters. What started as a weekend get a way has turned into a wonderful place we are happy to share.

We chose Crystal River because I grew up close to the springs and remember swimming in them as a kid. I enjoyed frequent field trips and summer camps to see the manatees and swim in the springs. My first scuba trip was in King Springs, around the corner from our place. We hope you enjoy the area as much as we have....

この宿泊施設の特徴

Although the City officials do not want visitors for less than 90 nights and has outlawed vacation rentals, our property is Grandfathered in. Crystal River is a quiet little town with plenty to offer. The springs are beautiful and less than a 2 minute paddle from our dock. On any given morning you can see manatees and dolphin swim by our dock, boat or paddle to waterfront restaurants and enjoy the nature preserve in Kings Bay. A 7 mile scenic boat ride takes you to the Gulf of Mexico where there is fantastic fishing, nature viewing and in the summer, scallop harvesting. You will enjoy near by Homosassa Wildlife Park and Indian burial grounds which leave a lot to explore. Golf courses, bike/hiking trails close will allow for an active vacation if desired.
