Newly renovated apartment Located 1,000 feet from the beautiful ocean and sands of Hampton Beach NH on Riverview Terrace. A quiet dead end across from M street . Key location very close to the famous Christy's Pizza

Fully furnished:
* One bedroom has 2 beds (1 queen and 1 full size bed)
* Second bedroom has 1 queen size bed.
* Both Bedrooms are equipped with a dresser, shelving and full closet space. A wall mount TV with HDMI cable and firestick.
* The living room has a full size sleeper sofa and 2 recliners. The TV has Xfinity stream box and an internet router/modem that is secured to bedroom window sill.
*The Kitchen has SS appliances, ice maker with water filtration in refrigerator, coffeemaker, toaster, blender, cutting board and wine opener. The kitchen table seats 6.
*The bathroom shower is glass doors that leads to a full tub/shower. The sink vanity has space for personal toiletries. Two mirrors and a 3 tier rack along with 6 hook towel holder.
* Two assigned parking space. Parking is very tight

We do not provide linens, blankets or pillows during your stay. You have to provide your own

There is absolutely NO SMOKING IN UNIT.
QUIET TIME BETWEEN 10PM-7AM.

This is a 2nd floor unit. Please be courteous and respectful of the family on the 1st floor and family in the front cottage.

Enjoyed our stay!

Great location with awesome view. Walking distance to beach and restaurants. Joe was very accommodating and quick to respond. We greatly enjoyed our stay!

Amazing Place and Host

We have a large family of eight, kids ranging from 3-16. Lisa went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. Hands down the best host we’ve ever had.

A great trip to the beach

Awesome house and hosts! The hosts we so kind and accommodating and checked in to make sure we didn’t need anything. The house is absolutely adorable! You can tell it has been newly updated and kept up on. The location is idea. You are nice and close to everything but nestled back to enjoy some quiet from the hustle and bustle of the strip. Highly recommend this house and can’t wait to visit again

Great Hampton Beach trip

The location of this property is a highlight! Easy walking distance to the entire strip. You’ll find most of the basics that you need available at the property. A few things to bring that weren’t provided - wash cloths, storage bags/bowls, a fire stick. There were two tvs and one remote that didn’t work for either tv. The owners have a laptop there to access xfinity online. The TVs were a bit frustrating to navigate. Thankfully we brought an Xbox with us and were able to access some apps through that. The listing says there is a wii but we did not see one. Joe was quick to respond to texts. We enjoyed our time!

Thank you for your review. When a TV is connected via an HDMI cable, your TV becomes the monitor and the laptop is the remote. Wash cloths and personal loofahs have been added. I'm not sure why you state bowls needed as we have an abundance of cereal bowls and 2 oversized to use for mixing. Maybe they were in a cabinet that was overlooked. I feel that we offer far more items than the average stay and wished you had made note in your review. For example: Beach chairs, Beach towels, Beach canopy, umbrella, and a few bikes. a laptop to use for streaming along with our cable service and not just wifi. Standard condiments and spectacular views. I got your text that you suggested that I should have a lamp in each bedroom when actually there is an extra lamp in the living room and each room has overhead lighting. You also stated each bedroom should have a ceiling fan, yet we provide a mini split A/C. our home provides more than a hotel when it comes to TP, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, blow dryer, hair straightener, body lotion and linens, beach towels, bath towels for up to 8 people. I thank you for the feedback but wish you had added in the positives as well

Joe purchased this 2 family along with the single cottage in 2020. It had caught fire a couple years back. He decided to raise it out of the flood waters and rebuild from the ground up. Today we have a beautiful cottage rented long term called Mamas cottage.. because it was his mom's final resting place, and now we have this beautiful 2 family with a full time family on the 1st floor and this 2nd floor unit. This is our family and friends happy place. We hope it becomes yours as well!
