Come and experience the clear skies of Southern Utah in this new STEP FREE townhome. Designed for the traveling family (pack-n-play/high chair available), senior couples, working remotely, and your 4-legged family members.

While you are here you will get rejuvenated and refreshed with the marble shower and get a great night's sleep on the KING bed. Then end a long day and unwind next to the gas fireplace.

Park in our two-car garage to protect your car and gear.

Located on the South end of Cedar next to stores and restaurants.

Perfect stay

Everything was perfect. We were down to feed a team for the Shakespeare competition and wanted a kitchen to be able to prep before taking stuff over. The kitchen was spacious and well stocked. It worked perfectly. While we spent most of our time at the competition, the house was in a great location, to food, shopping, the college, everything, so it made it that much easier when we had to run home to grab food, or to drop it back off. It was perfect for our needs. House is clean, spacious, and comfortable. Host is responsive.

Great, except the parking

Home was very clean and perfect size for our 2 night stay. Just beware, parking was very tight. Even the guy who lives across the street cant fit his truck all the way on his own driveway.

Fantastic property!

This has to be one of the nicest VRBO properties that I stayed at. This is a newer house in a great location convenient to the main business district of the City. The house is kept very clean and with comfortable furniture and bedding. I truly enjoyed staying here with my family and look forward to staying here again when I come back to Cedar City.

Quiet clean new townhouse!

We stayed for a baseball tournament for 2 nights. The townhouse was very clean in a quiet complex. The place had all the necessary household items we needed for our stay. Parking in the garage was helpful as well. The check in and check out process was easy & smooth with the hosts quick communication. We would recommend this place and would stay again.

Home away from home

Second time staying here and it definitely did not disappoint! From check in to check out, the process, communication and willingness to assist from the property manager made life easy! Highly recommend

This is a beautiful house. It’s very spacious. The beds are comfortable. The showers are nice the water pressure is great and the water is hot. It was a perfect place for our family as we visited Zion National Park ( 1 hour away) and Bryce Canyon National Park (11/2 hr away). It’s right in town and close to restaurants. We would. Love to stay again and highly recommend it.

Wonderful Home!

We had a great stay at this property. The townhome was VERY CLEAN and had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable. Being able to park in the garage was great. The manager was very quick to respond and very helpful. We stayed here for a ski getaway. If you want to ski Brian Head and stay at the bottom of the mountain this is the perfect place. We will definitely stay here again.

Clean beautiful home

I want to say this home was perfect for our family. The home was super clean. Directions and guidance prior to check in were given in a timely manner. Love that it was close enough to Zion Park, Bryce Park, Kolob Canyons. We were able to use the garage to put our car in. We will definitely come back again to this property.
