Great place overall for everything. Clean, good amenities, great location. Great host. Nice neighbors. Close to beach, coffee, dining, downtown a short walk with tons of resturants.

Everything went great! From a smooth check in so late in the night Gladys is an excellent host who pays attention to detail. Her house is lovely and the neighborhood is great!

Absolutely Perfect

This is a perfect house in every way. Clean, conveniently located to beach, downtown and everything (we did not use our vehicle even o ce as we could walk everywhere!)and super comfortable. Friendly neighborhood and great outdoor space. Gladys is a wonderful host!!

The house was in an excellent location, it had everything we needed!!

We loved our stay at the beach house!! The house had everything we needed and was easy to navigate!! Steps away from the beach, it was the perfect place to unplug! Gladys was super responsive to every question/request I had, and even Accommodated an unplanned late check out!! 10/10 recommend staying here :)

Another great with Gladys in her cute townhouse in a delightful neighborhood. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. We finally found the community path to the Marina beach!

Great Location/ Great Host

This little townhouse was perfect for our needs. It is walkable to a great beach, restaurants, and the central plaza. Great beach gear (like high quality chairs!) Gladys was responsive and lovely. Thank you!

Host responded very quickly to a couple of minor problems. Couldn’t get hot water to work but not a big deal. Could do without plastic cover on dining chairs, very sticky.

Rincon Getaway

Found our new favorite place to stay in Rincon. Beautiful little townhouse in quiet neighborhood. Close to town (great restaurants), town beach (great swimming) and Tres Palmas (great snorkeling). Loved hearing the morning sounds of waves, birds, and neighbors greeting each other through our open windows. Owner provided beach towels, chairs, mats and a wheeled cooler. In the evenings, we enjoyed the classic games and the smart TV. A few issues with appliances, but the listing is new, so I'm sure this will change. Thank you Gladys.

Lost electricity for 3 days. No help from VRBO or host. No concern and no help but charged me full price.

Hello Chris, I’m truly sorry to hear about the power outage you experienced. However, I wasn’t informed about any electricity issues at my home at the time. I later learned that the outage affected the entire island of Puerto Rico, so it wasn’t just limited to my townhouse. I hope you still enjoyed the amenities at my place, had a great time surfing, and had a safe trip back home. Let me know if there’s anything else you’d like to discuss!

All of my house rules were respected with Ryan and they were able to come and go with ease. I loved having them there as they were respectful and quiet They were awesome with renting the Ola Del Mar Beach House and I hope I get to host them again.
