Go back in time with countless period details, including five fireplaces! Gated estate with winding driveway on 20 acres. Privacy and mountain views surrounded by property's open fields and forest as well as an apple orchard. Yet only 1/3 a mile to town center! Perfect for groups desiring a historic and private VT country estate experience but with easy town access. Short drive to shopping and restaurants in vibrant Manchester. Hot tub! Close to hiking, skiing and more!
We have been extensively updating the property, with many new features, including a new downstairs bedroom/bathroom suite, new heat pump heating/cooling system, new deck on the main house, and many new furnishings. Most of these are not reflected in the photos yet.

Friends who sought a country estate for escape from city life. We wanted the seclusion of Vermont but access to high-quality restaurants and other amenities. Property is principally used as a residence by owners. Come see what makes this property unique!

If you're seeking a space in the art- and mountain-filled Manchester area, come explore Orchard Hollow Farm. You enter through a gated private drive that winds through the estate, passing through a birch tree hollow. The driveway gently ascends (4x drive recommended in winter) and the view opens up to the mountains as you access the houses. Historic homes built centuries ago and lovingly cared for by a line of families. Five fireplaces, countless unique historical touches and chef's kitchen in main house with high-end appliances. Three floor living plus romantic guest cottage with kitchen. Luxury amenities and professionally decorated. Strong Eero wifi throughout. Piano. House has a car charger for your use. Beautiful super-private private hot tub with sweeping views. Access to pool at a local inn around the corner. The ultimate country estate.
