The Condo is located in The Pearl of Navarre Beach building on the Gulf of Mexico, with gorgeous views right from the Condo and beach access! Navarre Beach is rated among the top ten beaches in the U.S. and is called 'The Best Kept Secret in Florida'.

This gulf beachfront Condo is on the 3rd floor overlooking the pools with beautiful views of the beach and ocean for miles. The beach is just steps away!

The Master Suite has a King size bed and an oversized Jacuzzi tub comfortable for two. The Master also has 2 separate sinks/vanities.
The 2nd bedroom has 1 Queen size bed and1 Full size bed (NEW Queen Jan2024).
The Living room has a couch, loveseat, and recliner (NEW Jan2024).
The pocket door off the hallway can be closed for a private 2nd bedroom/bathroom suite.
There is a full size washer and dryer. The kitchen is well stocked if you want to cook, and the outdoor closet has various beach gear to borrow.

There are 2 beachfront Pools (one heated in off season), a Hot Tub, and a Fitness room that overlooks the beach with treadmill, bike, weights. There are also Outdoor Grills for your use.

The Condo is furnished to enjoy the magnificent views from inside as well as outside. There are reflections of the clear emerald blue/green water and the beautiful white sands everywhere you look. Watch the colors as they can change from day to day.

There is a flat screen TV in the living room & TV's & DVD players in all bedrooms.
We have ceramic tile throughout with the exception of the 2nd bedroom.

The Pearl is a non smoking building, including on the balcony. There is a designated smoking area on ground level. Also, for renter's the building has a no pets policy.

Two Beach Chairs with 1 Umbrella are calling your name during the peak season from March 1st - October 31st.

We have tried to be as 'green' as possible and have installed a 'smart' thermostat, and a 'smart' hot water heater thermostat that shuts down while unoccupied.

Relax on your balcony enjoying dinner or a drink, sitting in your tall chairs & table for an unobstructed panoramic view of the ocean.
You will enjoy a relaxing beach vacation for two or for a whole family watching the dolphins play and the fisherman fish at the Pier (the longest pier in Florida). Enjoy the beautiful sunrises and sunsets.

The Pier, a short (<5 minutes) walk away, has a bar and grill. There are also other restaurants within walking distance. Activities close by include the Sea Turtle Conservation Center and snorkeling in the Marine Sanctuary. Also, the Condo is in between Pensacola and Destin, each about a 35 to 45 minute drive. Come to Navarre Beach, relax, and have some fun! Take a beautiful drive through National Seashore Park you will be glad you did!
