The space
This modern, recently built house will charm you with its location, spacious rooms, and thoughtful design.
Open at full capacity (5 bedrooms) during the summer high season, you can rent part of the house or the whole property in the off-season.

No matter your choice, you will have the property entirely to yourself.

Upon entering, you’ll find a large entrance hall with a glass partition, a spacious dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen with a pantry/laundry area.

The large living room opens up, bathed in natural light, with two sofas, a coffee table, and a television. Each room has direct access to the outdoors.

From the living area, step onto the expansive wooden terrace with sun loungers. From the kitchen and dining room, access the large outdoor solid wood table under a covered pergola. A motorized awning provides extra sun protection, south-facing. Enjoy an outdoor kitchen with sink and plancha.

A 6-person spa area, lounge, and outdoor shower are available for your use.
Further up in the garden, a belvedere offers a perfect spot for aperitifs with ocean views.

Current bedroom configuration: 3 bedrooms accessible, 3 bathrooms, and 4 toilets (full rental allows up to 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, always with exclusive use).
- Bedroom 1: 180x200 bed, wardrobe; separate bathroom with shower and Balneo bathtub.
- Bedroom 2: Two 80x200 beds (can be joined into 160x200), wardrobe, bathroom with toilet.
- Bedroom 4: 160x200 bed, wardrobe (beds side by side).
- Bedroom 5: Dormitory with 4 bunk beds 90x190, wardrobe, bathroom.

Each bedroom has a workspace.

Bed linen and towels are included.

Baby equipment: high chair, travel cot with mattress, plastic cutlery, plates and cups, hand blender.
