Very,simple nice place

It was very simple,no frills! Very pleasant and clean.The only suggestion that I have is to put some sort of light near the bed for reading so one doesn’t have to get out of bed to turn the light out. Good location and the property manager was,is great!

Great place wish we had stayed longer

A quicks too over on our way up to northern Maine. Was surprised how nice the beaches were here. Coming back for sure.

Amazing location

We loved the easy access to the beach right accross the street! The fenced in yard for the dogs was a life saver. The property was clean! The picture shown wasnt exactly like our place but it was fine 😊

Maine Weekend Getaway!

This was a great property unit to stay at for the weekend, we only stayed one night but I feel the space would be great for a couple nights if needed! Easy in and out, close to everything!

So cute!

We had everything we needed & more in our little apartment! Had some issues w/ the internet connecting to the TV but both times it eventually began working. Hostess was very helpful!

Nice Condo

Small but cozy condo. We didn’t know about the train situation so when it came roaring through at 3 AM we were a little shook. Otherwise I would stay again, just bring some ear plugs!

Can't get any worse

This property is nothing like the pictures. We did locate the "recliners" under a cover rotting away. This property is meters away from a railroad track which is very busy all night long. You literally shake with each passing train. We left after one night when we were reserved for three - it is that bad!

Very good place

Very well located, you can walk to the beach in less than 5 minutes. The flat is small but very functional. We cooked 3 meals a day in the mini kitchen with no problem. Newly renovated bathroom. You can do most things on foot, shopping, beach, restaurant, mini putt or restaurant. Parking included is a must. Within a 30 min drive you can explore Fort William, Old Portland or take a walk on the senic trail.

10/28/24 stay

There was no mention in description that stated there would be a train track a block away and the 5 times the train came through in the middle of the night, it literally shook the small apartment bldg. The whistle was pretty loud every time. Also, there was no washer nor dryer even though it listed in the description. There was a half pot of coffee and n coffee pot left from previous renter from who knows when. Other than that, all was okay!

Substandard condo in old orchard beach

Train tracks next to unit Very loud several times during night. Many light fixtures did not work or bulbs out. Decor old & dated Couch covered with dirty throw. Couch lumpy & uncomfortable. WiFi password not correct. No local tv channels. Kitchen old & worn. Sheets very poor quality & well worn I do not recommend this property. If I had not prepaid I would have left.

Renters Beware

The pictures are deceiving that is not how the apartment is set up at all. Now there is a smelly couch with a cover on it instead of reclining chairs. The bathroom is attached to the bedroom with a barndoor (which we had to put on properly) so don't expect much privacy. We had gnats or some small fly in the bedroom, on the bedspread as we watched TV in bed. It was disgusting. The train literally shakes the building and the bed it's that close. It was easy check in I will give you that but we couldn't wait to get out of here. *I didn't reach out to the property manager so I can't accurately give a review on that.

We had a wonderful stay. The unit was in close proximity to the beach and store fronts. Property manager was easy to deal with and quick to respond.

Convenient, clean and cozy!

This was a great place for a small family! Very clean and centrally located close to the beach and not a far walk to downtown. It's small but the space is used very well and the owner is really responsive & communicative. We were very pleased.

Nice place

Place is great, easy walk to the beach across the street. There is only a small AC in the bedroom so the rest of the apt does not get very cool on really hot days. As other said, there is a train track right behind the building, however it only came once at night and early morning, so wasn't too bothersome. Nice little fenced in area in the back.

Spring getaway

Beach access is excellent only steps away and the condo was clean and comfortable. If you bring a pet the backyard is very small and was not being cleaned by other dog owners. The property is in a great location with the exception of the Amtrak tracks directly behind the property. Several trains passed by throughout the night so not for light sleepers.

Nice, clean, but railroad adjacent

It's a nice and clean little place. But there is a train track right next to it. The latest seemed to come just after midnight so depending on how nocturnal you are or how deep of a sleeper you might need to adjust around it. Everything else was very nice.
