Windancer 201-

This rare end unit in one of the areas most sought after buildings is ready for your next vacation getaway. Unit 201 has tile floors, granite counters, an updated kitchen, renovated shower, relaxing beach decor, and so much more.

This 2nd Floor Windancer unit offers breathtaking views, a Gulf-Front Pool, and the classic low-rise Florida resort feel that most people are looking for. Tucked away on east-end of Scenic Gulf Drive in Miramar Beach, most locals and incoming guests have never seen the complex due to its privacy. Once they've stayed in the building, it's hard to look elsewhere due to its convenient location and elite seclusion! You're just over a minute from the Silver Sands outlet mall with over 120 designer outlets and 10 restaurants. Up and down scenic gulf drive you’ll find countless restaurants and local surf shops of your choosing. The building offers a gulf front community pool, gulf front community BBQ grills (charcoal) and this unit offers complimentary beach service (2 chairs, one umbrella set up every day free of charge!) available seasonally from March 1st through November 30th. This is a great feature to have so you aren’t having to carry all your chairs and umbrellas to the beach. If you are looking for a smaller complex to relax while still being close to all the action Miramar Beach/Destin has to offer, Windancer is the place to be.

This unit offers a King bed in the Master Bedroom, Hallway Bunks (2 twin beds), and a Living Area Sleeper Sofa. The full bathroom contains a stack washer/dryer, and the kitchen does have a Keurig. Enjoy amazing gulf views from your kitchen, dining area, living room, and private balcony.

Great spot for a family vacation with an infant. The condo smelled clean, but without strong chemical smells. It was updated and nicely decorated. When we moved the console table, though, there was food on the rug that the cleaners missed. There were ants coming in at the kitchen sink, but we notified them. Beach area is secluded and not crowded at all. We could hear every move the upstairs neighbors made though - walking/stomping, flushing of the toilets, what we thought was complete renovation and moving of furniture but who knows. It definitely made us be mindful of our steps. Not much the property manager can do, but just expect that. It didn’t bother us that bad, or our baby. We still all slept fine.

This property I perfectly located on the beach with a pool. Everyday there are chairs and an umbrella set up in the beach for you and taken down at the end of the day.

Good location

Location was great the manager was very helpful as the condo needed some repairs. Also the cleaning needed to be more thorough. This was relayed to management.

Great long weekend in Destin

My wife and I enjoyed a great long weekend in Destin at the end of October. The weather was perfect and the condo was very nice. We both love Windlancer and our corner unit was exactly what we expected. We're already planning our next trip!

Relaxing location

This property is very nice. The location is right on the beach with easy access. Definitely has been recently upgraded. Communication was prompt- only asked 1 question and answered quickly! We loved have 2 chairs and umbrella provided during our entire stay. The property itself is older and is a Spacious condo with just about everything you need. I personally would like a couple of things improved, more water pressure and a better shower head. Lengthy showers are needed to have enough time to rinse your hair. Microwave even though we didn’t use we noticed the handle was broken on it and bedroom ceiling fan makes an awful sounds. You can hear every footstep taken above you so don’t plan to sleep in.

Love this area

I’ve been staying at Windancer for almost 20 years and will continue to do so. I love the location. This unit was fine and I would rent it again.

Great Stay!

The location of this property is unbeatable! We loved staying here and have found our new go-to place. We may try a different unti though because it did smell a bit mildewy. Pros: ✔️Location! You are right by it all. ✔️Easy communication! Donna was responsive and welcoming. ✔️Beach service included. This is such a huge plus! ✔️Spacious and cute decor. ✔️Nice pool. ✔️Hot water and water pressure was great! ✔️Great views! We loved watching the sunrise from the balcony. Cons: ✔️The condo smelled mildewy. I have asthma and needed my inhaler eveey day while there. May need checked for mold. ✔️Our washer needed cleaned and had mold on the liner. Typical of a front load washer but def needs a scrub. ✔️Microwave had a broken handle. Not a huge deal, but for what you pay for the unit this should be fixed. ✔️Recommendation more than a con- pump hand soap. The bars get nasty and there is no where to put them. ✔️Condiments- there were none. No spices, no ketchup, no coffee, no nodda. We have stayed at a lot of condos and those little touches go a long ways. I'd think it would be doable for the nightly cost we payed.

Loved staying here!

The place is just like the pictures. Perfect location! We absolutely loved staying here. The views from the kitchen were wonderful, the location on the beach was perfect. To top it off, the grocery store is a 1 minute drive and restaurants within 5-10 minutes. Communication was smooth and the apartment had everything you needed. (Minus a sponge for dishes ☺️) but everything was perfect. Will definitely be back!

Wonderful WIndancer Experience

My wife & I enjoyed our week at this unit. The unit had all of the amenities needed for a relaxing & comfortable stay. The beach was great, the location quiet and the beach chair/umbrella service was an added bonus. The location allowed for quick trips to Destin, Seaside & Santa Rosa Beach for outing and restaurants. Overall, a great experience and would stay here again.
