The bathroom comes with a sink, a large mirror, and a bathtub. The toilet is separate for added convenience.

Wander through its cobbled streets lined with traditional cafés, artisan shops, and lively bistros. Discover the Saint-Germain-de-Charonne Church, a 12th-century architectural gem, and take a stroll through Belleville Park to enjoy a panoramic view of Paris. Charonne offers a unique and picturesque experience, far from the usual tourist trails.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 might incur a 20€ surcharge. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a 300€ smoking fee, at minimum.
For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
