The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including an oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine. A washing machine and a dishwasher are also available for your convenience.

Both bedrooms include a double bed, carefully made with hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep.

A wardrobe is available for you to store your belongings and feel right at home.

The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

Wi-Fi is available throughout your stay, and a smoke detector has been installed for your safety.

The apartment is professionally cleaned between each stay.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

Renting this apartment requires a lease signature, constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. Please note that you must complete the mandatory contract signing before your check-in.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
