This property was perfect! It was close to everything we needed and in a very quiet neighborhood. Communication was excellent and check-in/out was super easy. The home was spotlessly clean. The beds and furniture were super comfortable. We will definitely stay here again when we're in the area!

This little gem was so cozy, clean, and comfortable we didnt want to leave!! The neighborhood area was extremely quiet, very close to all the attractions, and easy to access. The home itself was so cute and well laid out. We actually spent a whole day just hanging out at the house, felt like home! Kudos!!

kitchen could have been better stocked, only 1 thin kitchen towel(suggest 3) and only 1 face towel (also suggest 3) Maybe some cooking oil, foil, plastic wrap.Pillows were WAY too stiff and bed pillows too thick and hard. Directions for operating tv would be helpful but we figured it out. Otherwise place was clean and quiet.

Beautiful home. Very cozy and close to Ruby Falls and Rock City. The beds were super comfy. The best sleep I have had in a long time.

The house was really cute and super clean!! Communications with Courtney were excellent and she answered any questions immediately.The bed was really comfortable and we felt at home. Loved the porch swing and wraparound porch!

Very clean and comfortable. We absolutely loved the giant front porch. We sat on the porch swing for hours. Definitely recommend this cute home.

"A HOME Away From Home !"

It may seem like this phrase is overused & I may have used it in my last Review of this same HOME, but it really does apply . This was our 3rd time here and we always look forward to it . The home is well appointed with all necessities to relax, make meals, watch TV, etc. Location is perfect for a short drive to the activities that Chattanooga has to offer or walking the streets in the Historic areas of St. Elmo. A great restaurant 1885 & Clumpies Ice Cream is a 5 minute drive away, right next to the Lookout Mountain Incline ! We are looking forward to duplicating this trip in 2026 !Thank you, Cortney, for another GREAT stay !

Beautiful house, minutes from everything

This house was exactly as described and pictured. The neighborhood was quiet at night and the house was clean and comfortable. We loved having the space and being minutes from everything.

Very clean

Excellent communication with the host. We planned to do cooking in house, but teflon pots and pans were deeply marred and scratched. Reported this to the host and he said they will be replaced for the next guests. Very clean home, and super comfortable king size bed.

Lovely

Really enjoyed our stay at this little spot in Chattanooga. Close to the sites and a lovely, clean spot. Our host was very communicative and we would stay again.
