This suite is perfectly situated if you are in town for a short trip or extended stay. The building is situated in a clean, quiet residential neighborhood adjacent to many local favorite restaurants, stores, trails, and bus routes. This unit comes modestly furnished, but is set up to met 99% of demands. Whatever you come to Anchorage for, this unit will meet your need. Bedrooms contain quality queen-sized beds which can be furnished with temperpedic toppers upon request. Bathrooms come with soaps provided complimentary, and have both tub and shower. Kitchen comes fully prepared and stocked with cutlery and utensils.

Quiet hours are between 1000PM-600AM. Guests' conversations, TV volume and other guest activity must be kept at a low volume to no disrupt others.
Visitors are allowed between the hours of 6am-10pm. Visitors who remain after10:15PM will be charged $50 per person.

The apartment was perfect size for us we mainly went to anchorage for thanksgiving I was really impressed to make an apple pie!

Mid way thru our 3 night stay. We find the host easy to communicate with. Place is quaint and cozy. Feel safe here as well. You can hear the trains and airplanes but not really that bothersome.

Was a nice property. The little time i was there was good not did not like that being accused of having cannabis in there when i didnt. I even clean up and wiped all areas i was in and used.

Clean and very comfortable. Absolutely most comfortable mattress and pillows EVER! Only downside was not having a phone number to call local human when the door keypad failed to open when we got back from breakfast. Another tenant provided the number, so got back in after a half-hour.

Overall space was great. However, there were a few things that could be better. There were only two pillows in the whole place and both were very low quality. They also only had one set of towels. I would have liked the place more it was more accommodation on that end

We were able to book easily online. Very quick response from our host. Especially with short notice. Apartment is in a perfect location, very clean, comfortable and easy transportation available. Will stay here again and definitely recommend!

Decent for the money

While this wasn't the cleanest place I've stayed at, the bed was nice and clean and it was adequate. Location is excellent, near downtown and Walmart. Check-in was easy and host was great to work with. There is no air conditioning and only one window opens, so that made it a little stuffy on a warm day.

The property was clean and everything I used worked although the place was pretty warm on arrival and there is NO AC or it didn't work. It would seem unusual to have AC but the fan cooled everything down nicely.
