Located on the third floor of the building, this unit is stair access only (no elevator), offering a quiet and private setting above street level.

This property is located in downtown Anchorage within the Loussac Building, a well known historic building set in the heart of the city. While the surrounding area is modern and active, the building itself offers a unique sense of character tied to Anchorage’s past.



The neighborhood is highly walkable, with restaurants, coffee shops, museums, galleries, and nightlife just steps away. The Tony Knowles Coastal Trail is nearby, offering scenic walking and biking along the waterfront, and downtown offices and event venues are within easy reach.



This central location provides quick access to major roadways, the airport, and key business and medical areas making it an ideal base for guests who want to experience Anchorage’s urban energy while staying in a building with authentic local character.



Getting Around:

Most guests enjoy walking to nearby spots, but rideshare, and bike rentals are readily available. Paid parking options include nearby meters and a Diamond Parking lot just across the street.

We do not refund any Credit Card Fees associated with your reservation. We also charge a $300 deposit/hold (not for Airbnb) for you stay with us. This is mandatory and should you not have the funds to process the booking amount plus hold will result in immediate cancellation and no refund.
