Step into this bright and tastefully decorated 22 m² apartment.

The living area features a very comfortable sofa that converts into a large single bed, and the dining space includes a table that seats up to three guests.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your meals, including a microwave, kettle, and coffee machine.

The mezzanine bedroom offers a double bed (140x200), carefully made with hotel-quality linens.

Please note: the mezzanine is not secured with a safety barrier and is accessed via a steep staircase. It is therefore not recommended for young children, elderly guests, or those with limited mobility.

The bathroom includes a sink, a small bathtub, a toilet, and a washing machine.

Wi-Fi is available throughout your stay.

For your safety, a smoke detector is installed in the apartment.

The apartment is professionally cleaned between each stay.

Le Marais, located in the 3rd and 4th arrondissements of Paris, is an iconic neighbourhood known for its historic charm and vibrant arts scene. Wander through its cobblestone streets lined with 17th-century buildings, and discover contemporary art galleries, vintage shops, and trendy cafés. Don’t miss the Place des Vosges, the oldest square in Paris, and the Picasso Museum. Le Marais is also famous for its lively nightlife and diverse dining options. It’s the perfect place to experience Parisian history, fashion, and culture.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Rambuteau (line 11), is just a 6-minute walk.

CDG airport is approximately a 60-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.

For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
