Direct Gulf front home with 3 bedrooms. Great for a small family! Direct, expansive views of the Gulf.

Enjoy the cottage feel of this Gulf front home with fabulous sunrises and sunsets.
Sleeps 8. 3 Bedrooms (2K, 2Full). Each bedroom has its own cable tv and there is also one in the living room. 2 of the bedrooms are gulf front with sliding glass doors opening onto the deck. There are 2 Baths (showers only).
The large deck with a built in table is perfect for a buffet or dining while enjoying unimpeded views of the gulf. (The umbrellas are no longer supplied)
The dining room seats 6 at the cottage style table with 2 additional seats at the bar next to the kitchen which was remodeled last year.
High Speed internet access is also available.

The home rents from Sunday to Sunday during the summer months (June through August).

WE RENT A YEAR TO THE DATE. IF YOU MAKE A RESERVATION BEFORE THE CURRENT GUEST REFUSES RENTAL FOR THE FOLLOWING YEAR, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION AND REFUND YOUR MONEY.

Nice stay for our small family

The property was as advertised and perfect for our 4 person family. The proximity to the beach was perfect and we could not have asked for more.

Great place right on the beach.

This is a great house with two of the bedrooms with king beds facing the beach. Very comfortable and well equipped. Communication was excellent and while check-in isn’t at the house the management company is on the way. Would recommend and would stay there again.

Great Beach Experience

Wild Oats is a wonderful beach house--comfortable, well-equipped in kitchen needs, good appliances, spacious rooms. Ways it could be improved--exhaust fans in the bathrooms, an easier access to TV watching (our tech-savvy adult sons (one a software engineer) said it was the worst system they had ever seen) with instructions provided, and umbrellas on the deck as pictured online. But overall we enjoyed our stay and appreciate the location directly on the beach.
