I could tell this was just a rental. There were cuts in the dining seats, tables not level-rocky, lamps broke, the couch was wet on arrival- box fan drying it. The sliding glass door, garbage disposal had to be fixed while we were there. Plus, we had little water pressure, after calling, the part would not be in until Monday. It was Wednesday! We were scheduled to leave in Sunday. I was given the choice to move locations, but to Gulf Shores! We were there with 4 other families. Didn’t want to do that. Overall, the management company was very nice and tried to help. I felt I was on the phone with the management company all the time, instead of enjoying my vacation. I did, but haven’t received it yet, get a credit on my stay. It has been 8 days. I called management company again and they said it could take up to 14 days to get the money.
