This lovely lakefront condo is the perfect base camp for your Colorado adventures! Step through your sliding glass doors to enjoy your morning coffee or evening beverage on the covered deck, overlooking the sparkling Lake Dillion and Summit County Mountain range. The living room is inviting and relaxing with a gas fireplace and flatscreen TV for cozying up after a day outdoors. The immaculate, fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal - or enjoy takeout from one of the many local restaurants. You're perfectly situation for the abundant outdoor activities nearby, close to multiple world-class skiing resorts, and within walking distance to Dillon Marina and Amphitheater. Soak in the amazing mountain views from the private balcony or make your own beach at the Tiki Bar just down the street, or walk a few minutes to downtown Dillon to enjoy Pug Ryan’s Brewery, the Dillon Ice Castles, bowling, and more. You can check out seven ski areas within 20 minutes, drive a few minutes to the town of Silverthorne to enjoy shopping at the outlets, or enjoy the trails around Lake Dillon year-round!

The perfect place for us to stay, right on the bike path and convenient access to groceries, etc. This place is a gem that is so easy to get comfortable in.

Great location

Condo was a great location. Wonderful communication, they allowed us early entry and although we did not need it, it was the first timeIt has ever been offered and much appreciated. Kitchen was light on cooking items, no wine opener. I would have preferred a private balcony but our neighbors were nice and it did not bother us. Incredible view!

Great location and views!

Fantastic location, especially if you want to attend (walk to) a concert at the Amplitheater, which we did. The only downside is a shared balcony. Otherwise perfect!

Dillon August 2024 stay.

The condo is really nice with a great view but it's hot during the day and bearable at night, luckily it's by the lake so there's a cool breeze at night to sit on the porch to have drinks and dinner.

good stay but with problems

Good: great views and good location. Bad: way too hot. We turned off all the heaters and the temperature still crawled up 80+ in December due to neighboring units. On our first night it was 83F. Even with the windows open we had a bad sleep. Also, there is a pipe right next to the bedroom that loudly clicks all night. Finally, we didn't get the lock code for the washer and dryer. It took 2 days and several phone calls to obtain it, just to find that the area was under construction and the washer didn't work.

CONSTRUCTION BEWARE

The location of the condo was beautiful it over looked the Lake. I wish we would have been able to enjoy the view from our deck, unfortunately the construction next door was just too loud and annoying to set outside Wed-Friday. We were able to enjoy the scenery from our (shared deck) on Saturday since the construction had subsided for the weekend that was until our neighbor came out to chit chat. We have never had to share a deck with other renter and we’re NOT a fan of this so be aware that you will be sharing a deck with your neighbors. I will also attach pictures of the moldy shower curtain in the hall bathroom and the ceiling construction in the other bathroom. This property could be amazing but as is it just isn’t. I would also add for future renter since this property is managed by “Vacasa” you will have low grade amenities and no extras like in a normal vacation rental ( no foil, plastic wrap, coffee, coffee filters, tea, sugar). We did contact Vacasa to ask why we were not informed of the construction because we would have rented elsewhere and they said that was not their job and we should contact the property manager. We tried to contact the property manager from the VRBO app but it did not provide a link just the name so that was no help.

Perfect Location

I know we had the best view of the lake and mountains from our deck than anywhere else in the area! The elevators were a much needed feature to bring belongings up to the 2nd floor.

Amazing view!

We loved this property! It was immaculately clean and the beds and the couch were very comfortable. The condo was decorated beautifully and the kitchen had the desirable cooking amenities. Obviously, my favorite part was the view of Lake Dillon. The patio was lovely, and we could have stayed there for hours gazing at the lake. The location is ideal, near the town, the grocery store, and centrally located near ski resorts.
