Great stay

Host was great, replied to my questions right away. Only thing that I didn't like was that no driveway parking. Owner has there car in driveway.

Pleasant stay at Marbella Ln

This property is located in a very nice area with easy access to walkable neighborhoods and restaurants. The house itself was prepared with nicely made beds, folded linens, sufficiently stocked kitchen and coffee prep station. Not super clean though. There are dings and stains on the tables, carpet and walls in some areas that make it feel a bit rundown and while it was clean, it does need a little cosmetic work. As others mentioned, the owners car took up the whole driveway for our 5 day stay, but there was plenty of street parking.

Great Location and Neighborhood

Stayed here to visit my son in college. This home was exactly as advertised. Perfect for 4 guests. Fairly clean. Location is in a nice neighborhood and just minutes to many shopping, restaurant and entertainment options. I will definitely consider staying here again if it’s available next year around the same time. We had one minor issue checking in due to a dead battery issue with the security lock. The company responded to my email within 2 minutes and rectified the issue right over the phone. Other than that, zero issues. Thank you!

Family visit

- Some outlets not working (blown fuses? No access to check) - Lots of cob webs. NEEDS A DEEP CLEANING - No central AC , only 2 rooms (85° mid day with both ACs on max) - Had to assemble furniture 4 chairs (approximately 2 hours) - No wine glasses, only 2 forks, no potholders - More beat up than in the pics - Burnt out light bulbs. Fridge, bedroom - Very slippery bathtub, safety issue - Extra seating in the living room was very nice

Not what the pics showed…

In general the property was run down. Pics make it look more glamorous than it is. It was clean for the most part though. Dining table & coffee table were worn and chipped. The exterior of the house was dilapidated. The owner’s dusty, dirty car was parked SMACK in the middle of the driveway making it impossible to park on either side of it although the listing said it was possible to park one car on the driveway. The listing states that the house is AC - not accurate. In actuality, only 2 portable acs- one in master bdrm, other in the living room. This should be stated in description instead of saying AC. The bathroom walls had dirty stains & needed refurbishment. The coffee cups were chipped and old, the drinking classes provided were old and PLASTIC. Plates and dishes were fine. Coffee, tea etc provided was nice to have. It would have been nice to have a vaccum and cleaning spray to clean up. There was no dresser in the master bedroom, so nowhere to put clothes and accessories as only closet space was for hanging. The overhead light in the master bedroom was so dim that it was pretty much useless, and the reading lamps not adjustable so you could not use them to light the room. The light above the stove was not working. Some of the windows had no locks so it felt unsafe when we left the house. The place was ok for a few days, but not adequate for 3+ weeks we stayed for.
