The updated interior features modern amenities and essentials, including a smart TV, WiFi, and a washer/dryer to keep your clothes fresh. The full kitchen features stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, for easy meal prep and cleanup. The dining nook can easily seat four, with room for an additional two if needed. Baseboard heating in every room keeps the home warm and toasty through winter months.

Incline Village beach access is no longer available to guests. Beaches outside Incline Village may be open; visit the Tahoe Public Beach website for details.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Family Visit

I believe the location was ideal as a starting point for our travels. We stayed there for five days in late June, which was warm, and during that time we managed to find everything necessary to set up this cozy home, including fans. If you prefer a firm bed, this one is perfect. It felt just like being at home.

Visiting Family

We had a great stay. The only bit of awareness is knowing you have about 5sec to enter a long PIN code to enter the property. Ok that’s over. Once I figured that out it was all good. I really enjoyed a firm comfortable mattress to sleep with plenty of pillows. Check. Quiet. Check. Quiet neighbors. Check. Parking was there. All the extras you need for a house. Paper towels, plenty of towels, TP, flash light, fans it was like being at home. Just look for what you need. There it is. Even the porch had a small table and chairs to admire the scenery and enjoy a coffee. Grocery store is near by. It was all here. Thank you all for what you do. You are all part of a great visit to the Lake Tahoe area.

The unit was clean. The floors were nice. There was plenty of closet and drawer space. The coffee maker didn't work, but the manager was responsive and gave us a new one for the next day. The sitting room was comfortable. The kitchen had helpful dishes and pots for cooking. The washer and dryer worked. Wifi worked well. There were plenty of towels. The beds were not overly comfortable. Most dishes were dirty so i cleaned before use. The walls were thin and we could easily hear neighbors. The cleaning people left a large load of laundry in the dryer (didn't put it away). One towel (hopefully clean) had a full lip lipstick stain.

Cute condo sort of ugly area

We weren’t looking for a top shelf place in incline Village. And actually planned on staying with friends but a bad cold prevented me from staying with them so I had to find a place quickly. I like that this place has luxury vinyl flooring rather than dirty old carpeting. They’ve tried to make the kitchen cute by painting the cabinets but I think new counters would make a world of difference. One of the drawers was broken – the face was off of it and sitting on top of the microwave but I couldn’t get the drawer to move at all but luckily we weren’t doing a lot of cooking there. Actually no cooking at all. We like that it was on the first floor so we didn’t have to carry suitcases upstairs. The community itself is older and looking pretty tired but inside this unit it’s cute. I think blue bedroom could use a new mattress it’s so hard. But hey the price was right and as long as you’re not going to be spending a ton of time around the Condo it’s a great place to sleep at night and have coffee in the morning. We had a heck of a time trying to access the door with the 10 digit code. We entered it several times waiting in between but it never did work. Called Vacasa and they gave us a different 10 digit code but that didn’t work either. Finally had to use the manual lockbox and we like that better because it’s only four digits and we could remember it.

Not a bad place at all, we were in town for a funeral and just needed somewhere to stay. Check in would have been great but it was locked from the inside and we had to call. Also, hand soap was left empty and even though we asked in advance if the house had an iron (and were told it did) it didn't have one (was concerned about my husband's suit because, again, funeral). Location was great though and property itself was fine, great budget option in a pricey area. I just expect a little better when it's a management company.
