Welcome to Saint-Jorioz!

Set on the hills above the village with views of the lake and the mountains, discover a comfortable holiday home for 7 people, just 5 minutes from the centre and its shops.
This magnificent, fully fenced property is perfect for a family holiday: this villa is a family home and therefore has all the necessary facilities.
The lake is about 2 kilometres away!
The house is laid out over split levels.
On the ground floor, you’ll find a living room with a TV and fireplace, a separate toilet, a large fully equipped kitchen and a terrace with views of the mountains.
The first floor has two bedrooms with double beds and storage for your personal belongings; one of these bedrooms has its own en-suite bathroom.
The second level comprises a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, a bedroom with a single bed, a bathroom and a separate toilet.
The basement is ideal for storing your bikes and has a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Bed linen and towels will be provided for your stay.
Pets are not allowed on the property.
You can park your car in the courtyard

⚠️ Unless otherwise stated: in France, the bathroom usually has either a shower or a bath, and the toilet is separate. Please do not hesitate to contact us for any further information on this matter.

Saint-Jorioz is situated on the left bank of Lake Annecy, nestled amongst the mountains.
Visit the village, go for a hike and enjoy the peace and quiet and the beaches!

Check-in is available daily from 4 pm to 9 pm.
After 9 pm, if a self-check-in solution cannot be arranged, a supplement of €20 will be charged.
🧳 To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly recommend using the “Lockin” luggage storage facility at 2 Rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety

If the accommodation is available earlier, we’d be delighted to welcome you before 4 pm. We’ll only be able to confirm this on the day itself.
