The house was well maintained, and in a great location (bonus points for being on the water!) close to restaurants, shops, and the beach! The owners were very responsive, helpful and kind!

Another amazing vacation at this perfect spot! The house is just lovely and the location in West Dennis is perfect. Quiet mornings on the canal and walkable to the beach. Excellent amenities and the kayaks are a plus. Thank you again Karen for a great vacation!

Thanksgiving getaway

Absolutely perfect. Incredibly well appointed house in a fabulous location. A few minute walk to the beach, great amenities, and spotless Karen did a great job communicating before during and after our stay. I will definitely look to rent again!

Family vacation

My family (including our dog) loved staying at this West Dennis property! It was very clean, beautiful and a fantastic location . We loved coming home to this home after each day’s adventures. We enjoyed eating meals together in the bright, sunny kitchen and deck with the gorgeous water views.

We had such a great stay! Even on a rainy day, it was so nice to relax at the house and enjoy the cozy atmosphere and gorgeous view. When the sun came out, we loved spending time at the nearby beaches and restaurants. The location was perfect — close to the beach and great places to eat. It was the ideal spot to unwind, enjoy the area, and feel right at home. Karen was lovely and very responsive!

Great stay

Awesome house with dock for boat right outside back door. Very close to West Dennis beach. Had my 3 year there catching crabs for hours off the dock. Nice neighborhood, host was great to work with, very nice.

Cutest home that was fully equipped

This home was perfect for our stay on the cape. It was clean and was so convenient to the beach. We appreciated how well equipped it was with kayaks and bikes as well. The owners were wonderful with communication. It was a wonderful vacation!

Not your typical 'cottage'

What a very special place to stay. The home was beautifully decorated, every bedroom was comfortable and relaxing, the kitchen literally has everything you need, the living room space was super comfy cozy and the outside deck and patio was amazing. Cannot wait to go back - highly recommend!!

Book this West Dennis Cape

This home is beautifully updated and in a perfect location. Walkable to West Dennis beach but you might not even want to leave the house! The outdoor dining area and fire pit were amazing amenities. Plus kayaks you can launch right from the dock. Beach chairs and bikes were a bonus.

Amazing stay in West Dennis!

Fabulous vacation in a PERFECT spot in West Dennis. Karen’s home is just lovely with thoughtful touches throughout. The bedrooms were very comfortable and one especially had a perfect view of the water. The deck and yard on the canal was a perfect spot for coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening. Kayaks were great to have and proximity to beach made everything perfect. We will definitely return!

A sweet get away

Well appointed home. Clean comfortable beds with cozy new linens. Great kitchen supplies - everything a family needs for cooking meals. Wonderful outdoor space with nice bikes and kayaks to use. I would stay here again; although a bit challenging with only one tiny bathroom.

Childhood memories

Brought mom back to revisit her childhood memories. She spent every summer on Cape Cod as a child then brought us back as kids. Catch crabs off the dock and ate tons of lobster. Beautiful home with a great location.

Dreamy Cape vacation

This is THE classic Cape Cod vacation experience! Where do I start... the beautiful neighborhood for a stroll, the perfect location where you wake up to water views every morning and the house itself - perfection. Fantastic spot, hope to return again

We have been coming the Cape and the fingers for 50 years. Felt so grateful to stay in this beautiful home, which is decorated perfectly and comfortably. Wonderful views, chill vibe, highly functional kitchen, appreciated conveniences like abundant towels, comfortable pillows and beds, lovely outdoor shower. We also made great use of the kayaks and bikes. Highly recommend this place. Also, owner was responsive and helpful.

All about Summer

We had a wonderful time at this West Dennis escape. The home could not have been better stocked. It is an easy walk to West Dennis Beach and a great neighborhood for our morning walks. The cottage although quaint is bright and airy with numerous windows and great natural light. After spending time in Dennis over the last 40+ years this was far and away one of my favorite homes to stay in!

The Perfect Spot

We loved everything about our stay here! I am very picky about cleanliness and the house was super clean. The decor was so nice and very cheerful. The kitchen had everything we needed and we had games to play books to read, bathrobes, towels, all the extras! Communication with Karen was excellent! The location and view cannot be beat! We sat on the back porch each night overlooking the water and could walk to the beach. It was such a pleasure coming home to this beautiful place each day after our adventures!

Host was very responsive to all my questions. The whole place was super comfy. I loved the couch that we melted into every evening. Beds and bedding were very dreamy. Great location to anything on the cape. The canal view and gas fire pit were so relaxing. The place is exactly if not better than photos. The one small bathroom may be challenging for more than 2 people. The kitchen is stocked with everything you may need. We loved the round ice cube balls the frig made. Nice touch. We would definitely stay here again.

Just returned home from an absolutely wonderful stay and couldn’t have asked for a better Cape Cod vacation for our family. The home was exactly what we were hoping for; comfortable, welcoming, and a perfect home base for exploring the Cape.The location was fantastic. We spent our days visiting beaches, exploring different parts of the Cape, hunting for sea glass, biking, and finding great local spots for food and ice cream. It was especially nice having a place where we could come back, relax, and enjoy time together after a full day out. Traveling with two kids and our dog can sometimes make finding the right rental a challenge, but this home worked incredibly well for our family.Everything was clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully set up for a relaxing vacation. We made some great family memories here and genuinely didn’t want the week to end.We would absolutely stay again and would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a great family-friendly Cape Cod getaway. Thank you for helping make our vacation such a memorable one!

The house and property were excellent. Very quaint and cute but plenty of room for our family of four. Very relaxing and cozy. The backyard was very nice as well adjacent to an inlet, making you feel like the ocean was next door. Quiet neighborhood with well kept properties. Communication throughout from Karen was excellent and the check in and out was very easy and smooth. Highly recommend to anyone staying on Cape Cod for a getaway.
