Traveler access

CLEANING: Tenants must return the premises tidy and in a normal state of cleanliness.
Here is what is required of tenants before departure:

Thus, please ensure that the following points are respected before your departure, in which case an additional cleaning fee of 200€ will be applied:
-Tidy kitchen and clean dishes
-Each object must be returned to its original place
-Beds must be unmade
-Garbage (garbage cans, glasses) thrown away (see book)
-Floors, walls, curtains, blankets, etc. must not have any stains, the floors must not contain any elements (food, mud, stones, grass, etc.) or be damaged (e.g. flooded floors or broken tiles).
-Any broken or stolen object (breakage not related to wear and tear) must be reimbursed.
-A maintenance kit is available in the cellar cabinet as well as under the sink.
