Located on the 4th floor of a building with an elevator, this apartment is ideal for those seeking a central yet peaceful stay.
Within less than a 10-minute walk, you can reach the Palais des Festivals, the port, the Croisette with its beaches and boutiques, as well as the lively Carré d’Or district or the charming Suquet with its famous Forville market. A truly ideal starting point for visiting the city !
You will have access to the entire apartment, and all equipment is at your disposal, unless otherwise specified on site.

Check-ins are guaranteed from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-outs are until 11:00 AM at the latest.
After 8:00 PM, check-ins are subject to validation, except during conference periods and in the summer.
Guests can choose between a physical check-in and a self-check-in and are requested to communicate their preference in advance.
In the case of a physical check-in, a person will be present on-site. Please note that physical check-in after 8:00 PM incurs an additional fee of €50, payable in cash upon arrival, except during conference periods and in the summer.
For self-check-in, a key box is available.

A copy of your ID may be requested prior to your arrival.

We kindly ask you to respect quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
