Private Large Suite, cozy, quiet & close to I-75

Great place to relax with family or friends after a day of activities or traveling. We are located 3 miles from I-75 and close to Kings Island, Warren County Sports Park, many Hospitals, Miami Valley Gaming, Historic Lebanon, Shopping, Eateries and Parks.

We are located in a country rural setting, offer a peaceful private suite & use of a large front porch & back patio to view beautiful sunrises/sunsets & surroundings.

Large open suite with one king and one queen sized bed. Fully furnished kitchenette with dining area. A bathroom with shower is provided. Smoking/Vaping strictly PROHIBITED !

- This suite is NON HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE !!

Suite includes:
- 75inch Samsung Smart TV with entertainment surround sound system.
- Guest Apps included are Spectrum Cable and Pureflix
- Guest Apps, for private login, include: Disney+, Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime Video,
Tobi, HBO Max, Peacock, etc...
- Guest Wifi (Download over 500Mbps/Upload over12.Mbps)
- USB outlets provided through-out suite.

Guest access
- Keypad coded lock at entrance door. Code provided day of stay.
- Onsite parking is provided for up to 2 vehicles. (contact host if more needed)
- Entrance to suite does involve steps with handrails provided.
Other things to note
- Suite can accommodate additional guests (upon request) and host can provide
additional sleeping accommodations.
- For long term stays, host shall enter & clean suite every 10 days (cleaning fee
applies each cleaning).

This is the best VRBO? 5 stars. Home away from home, clean, safe, amenities are more than you will need. Host honest, polite, answers back quickly. The suite is beautiful. Decorate with fine details to comfort and harmony. Was peaceful and perfect. Will stay again and again. Loved it.

This is a great place to stay close to Cincinnati and Dayton. Convenient to I-75. Warm, friendly environment. Responsive hosts. Meredith is great and lives upstairs.

The host was fabulous with communication and the space was exactly as described. We had some snow while visiting and they had our entrance and walkway cleaned off way before we left that morning!!

This is the VERY BEST stay that we have ever experienced with VRBO, which is why we keep coming back. The suite and the grounds are beautiful and pristine, with all of the amenities that anyone would need. The hosts are wonderful and so responsive to all communication. We couldn't be more pleased.

Everything was perfect! This beautiful, clean private suite was perfect for our weekend trip. It is close to food and shopping and was very convenient and close to Warren County Sports park which is why we were in town. Everything you would need is provided including some extras. Honestly, the best VRBO we have been too. We will be staying again next year!

Best ever! Everything about our experience was exceptional. Our hosts were warm and helpful. They made us feel welcome from the first moment. We enjoyed the fire ring on a beautiful fall night, the property is large and well kept (every blade of grass was perfect) The room was very large, extremely clean, quiet and comfortable! We will be back.

Cute and cozy! We were here for a soccer tournament, the location was perfect! Host was kind and helpful. Access to laundry was super helpful, games for kids were fun and the goodies were the best surprise. Would recommend for couples or families, we will be back if another tournament brings us in town.

Nicely appointed suite with comfy seating. Clean and relaxing; loved the large TV. Appreciated the treats and coffee, along with the hand-chalked welcome sign. Quiet rural setting among other nice homes. You won't be disappointed.

Everything more than met our expectations from the receipt of the clear checkin directions through the conclusion of our stay. All the details, big and small, directly supported a comfortable stay away from home. The location was perfectly situated, with easy access to everything we needed, including a direct route to Kings Island.Should we find ourselves in the Lebanon area again, we will absolutely be back!

My son played at a soccer tournament nearby and we needed to stay in the area for one night. It was perfect for our family of 4 (kids 8 and 2). It was very comfortable and homey. There's a washer and dryer so I was able to wash his uniform for day 2 of the tournament. Beds were comfy, plenty of blankets and pillows. Overall, I would highly recommend staying here.

Home away from home

The moment you drive up you are welcomed. The property is beautiful, clean and welcoming. The suite is the same! Our son graduated from Miami in Oxford and this was a wonderful place to relax after the busy Friday and Saturday in Oxford. I loved sitting outside and regrouping from the day. We were a happy family tucked in this beautiful property. Meredith had added all the touches of a home away from home. Thank you!
