Perfect home away from home. Condo has every possible amenity you'd ever need, from coffee grinder to binoculars. Beautiful views from the lanai, privacy on the 2nd floor, easy parking in garage. Place was very clean and quiet and all the large and small appliances worked like they should. Keyless entry made it simple for everyone to come and go on their own. Bedrooms were a bit warm at night but we found a floor fan that made it better. An easy one mile walk to the pier with lots of shops and restaurants in between. Absolutely the best place for us.

Loved our stay…perfect for 2 couples. Enjoyed the grilling area around the pool…great walkability to town, stores & restaurants.The views!!!!Sitting in back porch every night for sunsets was a highlight.

Great view, directly on the ocean. Well stocked and close to town. Responsive host. AC is located in great room/kitchen, does not fully reach bedrooms, although there are multiple fans in bedrooms.

Beautiful view & condo, very large, well laid out for 2 couples. walking distance to restaurants & shopping. The only issue was the small AC unit, the ceiling is stained from the unit blowing on it, it needs cleaned, it looks pretty rough on the outside, the unit was loud and could not be cooling off the condo when trying to enjoy the lanai.

Wonderful! Wonderful! Wonderful! This condo was everything we were hoping for and more complete with beach equipment, snorkel sets, cooler, cookware, spices, and an oceanfront view. Air conditioning in the common area made that area comfortable. There were plenty of fans to help move the air within the bedrooms. The area was quiet and within walking distance of restaurants and shops. Parking was never an issue. We will definitely stay here should we return to the area.

The check in was a breeze and the host left great instructions for our stay. The condo is well stocked with some beach chairs, extra snorkel equipment, boogie boards, kitchen utensils and plenty of linens. The second floor gave us a nice view of the bay and the sunset. We enjoyed watching the surfers and boogie boarders enjoy the south swale during our stay. We also enjoyed walking to one of the great dinner spots that are on the water.

Perfect location!

This was the perfect location for our family. Within walking distance of so many restaurants and shops, and also a small beach. The absolute best part was the view from the balcony which overlooked the waves crashing on the rocks below and the gorgeous ocean!! We spent every morning eating breakfast and enjoying the sound of the ocean. The condo was exactly as pictured and clean! The bedrooms do not have air conditioning but the living room unit is strong enough to cool them down. It was very hot and humid when we were there in June and we definitely were glad for the A/C! Sandy was very responsive to all questions and requests. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful family friendly unit close to activities!

We loved our stay in this unit. The ocean view is spectacular and we enjoyed watching dolphins from the lanai!Unit has all the amenities you’d need to feel at home. The location of Kona Reef is also great and we loved our morning walks to Kailua pier. Centrally located near great snorkeling, shopping and fining - what’s not to love! We’ll be back!!

Fantastic stay in a top notch waterfront condo

The four of us stayed four nights and were thrilled to find the condo very clean, and beautifully stocked with everything we could need (beach equipment, kitchen spices, paper goods, even shampoo and soap, cleaning supplies). It is perfectly located. The building is older, so no central AC, but a good LR unit and fans made it adequately cool. We would return for sure.

Nice Ocean Front Condo

The condo has been nicely updated and you can open the the doors to the Lanai and listen to the waves crashing on the beach. The condo was clean and had all pots and pans and utensils and items required. A very convenient location as well.

Friend Reunion

We so enjoyed our stay! It was very clean and the check in process was very easy. The condo had everything needed for a great stay. The view was amazing and beautiful- we sat on the patio every evening to watch the sunset. Many restaurants and coffee shops were within walking distance. It was a great time and we really could not ask for more!

Kona paradise

The condo was so lovely! The views from the lanai were spectacular from sunrise to sunset. We appreciated the well appointed kitchen and the grill area by the pool. The condo had everything we needed to enjoy the beautiful beaches in the area. It was a great place to stay.

This was a perfect condo for my family. With 2 teens, having the 3 beds was great! This condo has everything you need plus it has the best view of the Hawaiian sunset!

Location, location, location

If you are going to the kona area this is a very convenient location. The sunsets were spectacular from the lanai. Plus all of the snorkels, chairs , and other beach gear being in the condo made things really easy. Sandy answered all questions in a very timely manner. All around great stay

Great Place in Kona

Nice condo and close to shopping in Kona. Property was clean and well stocked with kitchen/bathroom supplies and also beach supplies. Having a washer/dryer in property also important for us. Plenty of parking. We didn't use the pool/hot tub much. I have 3 boys ranging from 8-15 and afraid they would have been a disruptive to the others as that area seemed to be more adults and less kids. So we spent most of our time on beaches and exploring the island. Unit does have a wall A/C unit which was nice to take some of the humidity out. Had a great time on the big island and we were sad to leave.
