F6 Ocean Grove was terrible
We have been renting units at Ocean Grove and Oean Grove West for over 30 years and this was the worst unit we have ever rented. Here is a brief non exhaustive list of what was wrong:
1. air conditioning did not work properly especially in the master suite
2. rear door to lower deck did not open
3. sliding glass doors in living room and master are old and difficult to open and close
4. broken chair in living room (found it that way)
5. no shades or curtains in living room
6. shades broken in master suite
7. rust in shower in lower level
8. shower door in basement did not work when we arrived
9. unit is poorly equipped with dishes, cookware, glasses compared with other units we have rented in the past.
10. fan controls in master do not work
Overall I would never recommend this unit to anyone. We simultaneously rented another unit in Ocean Grove West for my mother in law and other family and it was excellent as well as being cheaper.
