Amazing!!!

We had a large group for a family trip. The house was immaculate! Plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. Lee was attentive and responded timely to any questions or concerns. The pool was a crowd pleaser on our last day! This house included all the big & small touches that a lot of other hosts don’t think about. The only recommendation I have is a house guidebook or binder with local food/attractions, check out process, what/where things are included in the house, info for the clubhouse, etc. We were there for a week so we found our way but it would be a convenient addition to this amazing home. 5/5 recommend!!!

Not ready for prime time

The home, inside, was neat and very clean upon our arrival. The home appeared to have been recently renovated. We soon discover that the thermostats setting were locked at 72 degrees downstairs and 75 degrees upstairs. I had to call the property manager who had to call the owner who remotely lowered the temperature upstairs to 70 degrees. Next problem was the main air conditioning vent upstairs is located just above the thermostat so it was 70 degrees by the thermostat but the bedrooms were much warmer add to that the home has no ceiling fans just a collection of various free standing fans makes for uncomfortable sleeping. The pictures show a nice looking gas grill on the patio, well that’s locked up too. The outdoor furniture was covered with green pollen dust, someone should have at least taken a leaf blower to the patio prior to our arrival. I had to brush the pollen off with a broom. The cushions on the outdoor dining set were covered with mold. There are only 2 lounge chairs. In general the entire screened in pool area needs to be power washed. There are no hand rails to assist you getting into and out of the pool and spa. The beds were comfortable but not so the unpolished furniture downstairs, there really wasn’t a comfortable seat in the house. I hate to give you a bad review but you have some issues at this home that need to be corrected. I’ve rented homes in Watersong every year for the last 5 years so I’ve come to expect more comfort than this house provides.

Beautiful home

Lee was very communicative and accommodating. We left a terrible home to this gem! Beautiful home in a relatively quiet and beautiful neighborhood. Tons of kitchen amenities. The pool was beautiful. Tons of soft blankets and pillows, towels, and bed linens. There is not a pool table as listed in the listing. Extra fans in about every room, but they did not give off much wind. A couple things that could use improvement: - the Mickey room and the upstairs master beds were extremely uncomfortable. Every move you made they would squeak. Flat mattresses. - the upstairs master was really hot! In fact we had to buy an extra fan to leave for future guests. - some type of color change on the edge of the pool steps. You could not tell when they started and it was easy to stub your toe. - Wi-Fi in upstairs master was weak and unable to stream without connecting to our personal devices. - there is only one trash and one recycling bin that’s emptied weekly. It would be nice to have more trash options. With multiple guests it can create lots of trash with nowhere to put it if the cans are full from previous guests. Overall the home was gorgeous. The host was attentive. We would definitely stay at this home again.

Great Getaway

This property was amazing and I have nothing but good things to say about it. We travel a lot to Florida and this is the best house we've ever stayed in. It was was clean, the décor was great and they thought of every single detail...Like having all the things you need (crockpot for cooking to the oscillating fans in every room, plus so much more). I will most definitely be booking here again, I almost want to give it a bad review just so no one else knows about this gem...Lol!

Beautiful

This is a fantastic updated home! So many rooms options with a good mix of beds and plenty of bathrooms! Will definitely be staying in one of their homes again!
