Why named the Belle Moose? Well, the condo is located in the Bellerive Riverfront complex, and we love seeing the Moose in and around Coeur d'Alene.

Such an incredible condo with amazing views. It was extremely clean and well-cared for, and has all the amenities you'll need for your stay. Great location and a very short drive into town. Owners were very communicative & easy to work with. Would highly recommend!

The condo was perfect for a relaxing visit, quiet, comfortable and close to everything. We rode bikes, walked to downtown, kayaked steps from the condo. Waking up to the geese flying over each morning was spectacular! Only thing we would do different is plan to stay longer.

Great place!! Well suited for a small family, a little less so for 2 couples only due to the bed sizes. Otherwise, beautiful location, well appointed, clean, highly recommend.

Amazing!

This condo was pristine. We spent every evening on the deck. The view of the Spokane River was gorgeous. The attention to detail inside was outstanding. We enjoyed every minute of our stay.

Lovely riverfront condo

Great place! Spacious living/dining/kitchen area well equipped with everything you need. Great river view from top floor. Comfortable master bedroom overlooking the river. Quiet building, at least during our weekday stay. Great communication from the hosts, Steven and Gia.

Awesome River View Condo

Thank you Steven and Gia for creating a boutique like hotel experience for guests at your River View condo. The amenities you provided in all the rooms were well thought out and very much appreciated. We especially enjoyed the hours spent out on the deck on the two spacious couches with fire table. The views were amazing. We look forward to vacationing here again.

Beautiful View and amazing Location… 5 star place to stay

Beautifully Maintained Condo was just Perfect. Stocked so well!! I really appreciated the well stocked amazing Condo. Kitchen has everything and the bathrooms were clean and well stocked. The owners really think of everything. The view off the balcony was awesome and we spent many a night by the fire pit just enjoying the summer nights! Thank you so much! We will be back!

Spokane River Beauty

This home is located in a great area with awesome views of the Spokane River and Mountains. We chose this home for the balcony and it did not disappoint. We enjoyed watching the ever changing view watercraft and waterfowl. Proximity to the Centennial Trail was great and we walked to Downtown Coeur D’Alene one day . We also enjoyed being able to walk to neighborhood restaurants. Only negative is the tight parking spot in the garage, but we were able to park a Toyota Highlander in the spot.

It has been said the three most important things about real estate are location, location, location, and your review definitely confirms that notion. The parking is unfortunately one of those building-related items which we wish was better, as every spot has a pillar on one side which you have to navigate...definitely not ideal for larger vehicles, as it takes some care to get centered in the space.

Best of All Stays in Coeur D'alene

I have stayed in a number of different properties over the years in Coeur d'Alene with some costing far more. To begin with, the host Steve and Gia could not be more helpful with every aspect of the trip from the initial contact to departure information. Their replies to our questions were answered almost immediately and several times even included photos to assist us. The condo is a very secure property and even the parking garage is secure and can only be entered with a security fob. The parking garage elevator took us directly to the fourth floor and the condo was just a few steps away. The condo is beautifully decorated and the kitchen has about any kind of equipment you may need to prepare a meal and even comes with a very nice k-cup coffee maker and quite a selection of coffee and tea k-cups. If you are a clean freak, this place is for you. Everything was spotless. The outside patio overlooking the river has a beautiful view and was furnished with chairs, couches and a table with an umbrella. This was where I spent most of my time. During our entire stay, I never heard any voices in the outside hallway and never even heard a door close on the adjoining condos. On all future trips to Coeur d'Alene this is where I want to stay. If possible, I would post six stars for the condo because I don't know how it could be any better.

Same Great Place

This was our second stay in the property and it was just as wonderful as before. The condo was meticulously clean, quiet and secure with a beautiful view of the river from our top floor balcony. This now has become our NUMBER 1 place to stay in Coeur d'Alene.

Love this place

This property has an unbeatable location with a balcony and main bedroom both overlooking the Spokane river. Several coffee shops and a variety of restaurants all within walking distance. You may not want to leave.
