Cozy condo with peekaboo Lake Tahoe and Carson Valley views on either side! One mile from Heavenly Ski Resort (both Stagecoach and Boulder Lodges!)
Enjoy your morning coffee while watching sunrise over the Carson Valley, and enjoy the sunset over the lake in the evening. Three covered decks, natural wood burning fireplace, fully stocked kitchen with all appliances.
Located on a dead end cul-de-sac. One mile to Tahoe Rim Trail, Tramway Market and Fox and Hound BBQ restaurant. No exterior stairs, ample parking, right across from community pool and spa. On the Bluego bus line to ski resort, South Lake Tahoe, and Carson Valley. 50 minutes to Reno/Tahoe International Airport.
Notice: per California law, we are required to inform guests the entryway to property is monitored by a video camera.

We live in the Bay Area and purchased this condo because we love being in the mountains as often as possible. When we are not using this property, we love to share it with others who enjoy the mountains as much as we do!
この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由
One of the best attributes to this condo is the location. We are a 5 minute drive from Heavenly's Stagecoach and Boulder lodges. You can access the mountain from both lodges. We also have a peekaboo view of the lake and get spectacular sunrises over the Carson Valley in the morning. The pool and hot hub are across the parking lot.
