The property is on the ski shuttle route to Heavenly's Stagecoach ski lift and lodge. Also Boulder ski lift is nearby and when enough snow, you can ski down to it. Activities close by are hiking, biking, boating, beaches, casinos, shopping, restaurants and night life. Our condo is cozy and relaxing after the days activities. Settle in and enjoy spending time with family and friends.

The property is located in Upper Kingsbury of Stateline, NV. It is a 3bd/2ba condo and provides 1 king and a queen futon in MBR, BR #2 has a queen and BR #3 has a double. The main living area features a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and family room with electric fireplace and large windows to take in the magnificent views. There are 3 Smart TVs, (1 in family room, 1 in MBR, and 1 in BR #2). Washer/Dryer in house. The condo is an end unit on the second floor. The views from the back deck of the lake and mountains are stunning and picturesque! Parking is free and limited to two vehicles with overflow parking nearby. For security, there is an exterior only security camera at the front door and the guest entrance is lit at dark. In the neighborhood, there is a convenience store, BBQ restaurant and bar with TVs for sports and serves breakfast, two ski lifts and parking areas. We provide you with a welcome book that contains information about the condo, house rules, recommendations, etc.
