Escape to our rustic chic farmhouse in Peoria, an ideal getaway for families or groups of friends. Our spacious home can accommodate up to 14 guests with five bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Enjoy amenities like a pool and complimentary high-speed WIFI. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing delicious meals, and the large dining room is great for gatherings. Just a short drive from downtown Peoria, our home offers a delightful combination of country charm and city convenience.
The main bedroom is located downstairs with an adjoining bathroom. The remaining four bedrooms are upstairs, sharing a second bathroom. An additional feature is a powder room located on the lower level of the house. For entertainment, our home has a foosball table, air hockey and an outdoor ping pong table. Only guests listed on this reservation are permitted in the house.
Please note that there's no fence around the pool and no lifeguard on duty. We strongly advise closely monitoring children and those not proficient in swimming around the pool area. The pool, at a depth of 5 feet, is not safe for diving. Please avoid bringing glass into the pool area.
By proceeding with this reservation, you agree to comply with all Pool Rules. Pool heating is included during your stay. However, please note that during the winter months, achieving a swimming temperature of 85 degrees is more challenging due to the nighttime temperature drops.
HOUSE RULES:
- No parties or large gatherings are allowed.
- To respect our neighbors, quiet hours are enforced from 10 PM to 7 AM.
- Local residents must send a message before booking.
Our backyard is backed by a golf course. Golf enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity to Quintero Golf, a 20-minute drive away, The 500 Club, a 15-minute drive away, and Trilogy @ Vistancia, a 12-minute drive away. For those who enjoy hiking, West Wing Mountain Preserve is just a 12-minute drive away, and the New River Trail is also nearby.
