Peoria Getaway for Large Groups-Pool & Games

Pool remodel happening this summer!! Escape to our rustic chic farmhouse retreat in Peoria, the perfect getaway for families and groups. This spacious home comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests with five bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, offering a peaceful blend of country charm and city convenience.

Relax and enjoy the private pool, complimentary high-speed WiFi, and a fully equipped kitchen ideal for preparing meals and gathering together. The large dining area is perfect for shared dinners and memory-making moments.

The primary bedroom is located downstairs with an adjoining bathroom. Four additional bedrooms are upstairs and share a full bathroom, while a convenient powder room is located on the main level.

For fun and entertainment, guests can enjoy foosball, air hockey, and outdoor ping pong.

Only registered guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property.

🌵 Pool & Safety
There is no fence around the pool and no lifeguard on duty. Children and non-swimmers must be closely supervised at all times.
The pool is approximately 5 feet deep and not safe for diving.
Please do not bring glass into the pool area.
By booking, guests agree to follow all pool safety rules.

Great house for family & teenage kids

Great house with good entertainment games. Very clean and great layout for our family with teenagers. The kitchen was well equipped. Comfortable beds & ceilings fans in all the rooms. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect house for large groups with kids

This place was amazing with a perfect layout and all amenities. The back yard is perfect for kids and adults with games, pool, and lounging. The turf areas were a hit with the kids for games and fun. I would 100% stay at this place again!!

The house met and exceeded all expectations. Fully stocked and ready to enjoy. Perfect house for a large group - we had 6 adults and 5 kids and it never felt cramped. We had so much fun. Would 10/10 stay here again.

Do yourself a favor and STAY HERE!

Clean, modern and up to date. This cute house was great for a group of us ladies to come and get away to relax and brainstorm. Huge inside. Minimal but has the necessaries. Easy to get to downtown Scottsdale. Neighbors were quiet and friendly if we saw any. The pool was so cute! The house is bigger than anticipated so with 8 women there was more than enough room. Heidi quickly handled the batteries dying on the front door. She responded so sweet and didn’t skip a beat. Skip the downtown bs and stay at this house!

I’ve put a lot of care into making this home feel welcoming, functional, and fun — whether you’re here to enjoy the pool, spend time with family, celebrate a special occasion, or simply unwind in the Arizona sunshine. Hospitality is important to me, and I want guests to feel taken care of from booking to checkout.

When I’m not hosting, I enjoy spending time with my French bulldogs, traveling, home design projects, and finding new ways to make the guest experience even better.

The area is quiet, safe, and beautifully maintained, while still being close to great restaurants, shopping, golf, spring training, hiking, and everything the Phoenix area has to offer.

We also loved how spacious and welcoming the neighborhood feels. It’s a great place to enjoy sunny days by the pool, spend quality time together, and unwind after exploring the area. Whether guests are visiting for vacation, family gatherings, sports events, or simply to escape the cold, Peoria is such a great home base.
