This property was perfect ! We were in town for a wedding and I wanted to be close to family . This location is perfect but very quiet , right off 280! Perfect place if you need to be at Grandview hospital for any reason , downtown within minutes , and close to great shopping!The property is pretty - so much sunlight and stocked with everything you need We enjoyed our stay!

It was very convenient to the hospital and made it easy to go back and forth to shower and sleep at night. It provided a place for my children who both live out of state to stay and be close to family in the hospital.

We were unable to use the primary bath for showers because there was no shower curtain liner. Also a few of your towels smelled like mildew. Other than that it was great!

Beautiful home and a great location for shopping, dining, golf or just relaxing. Right off 280 and close to downtown Birmingham this is a great little spot to stay clean and comfortable!

Beautiful property and very clean. Only difficulty was one upstairs shower had low pressure and no hot water. But the other shower worked fine. Area was very nice - recommended by family as a nice area to stay. Lots of places to eat and shop just minutes away. Easy access to Vulcan, UAB and interstates. Nice, quiet area. We loved it!

Overall this was a great property. Close proximity to shopping and area attractions. We were in Hoover for baseball and it was an easy 15-20 minute drive to the metro complex. Kitchen was well appointed and appliances were new. Very simple process to check in and out. Thanks!

Easy location for shopping at The Summit and at other high end boutiques. Appreciated the privacy and on street parking directly in front of the townhouse unit in a small development with easy access to Hwy 240. Enjoyed the courtyard for coffee and evening cocktails.

This is a great place tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Hwy 280 but does have quick access to the shopping and restaurants.

This lovely townhome is very clean, spacious and bright. It is close to a lot of restaurants, grocery stores and shopping, including The Summit which is only a few minutes away. Downtown is about 20 minutes. The area is very quiet and safe. Both bedrooms have their own bathrooms and the kitchen is very nice and updated. The hosts provide the basic supplies like paper towels, dish soap, toilet paper, etc. which is very helpful. It could use a few more dishes, particularly coffee mugs, and a little extra seating in the living room would be great, but neither was a huge deal and we would definitely stay again.

This house was AWESOME. It was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and there was no problem getting back and forth to the airport which was 17 minutes away. I would definitely rent this spot again,

Great location - close to everything. Beautiful home and very clean. Lighting in the upstairs guest bathroom was dim, but everything else was very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again.
