Two bedroom suites with bathroom and air conditioning (one master & one guest bedroom), plus an additional bedroom near the kitchen, offer you space to rest or refresh. If you are feeling adventurous, hike the beautiful nature trails, relax by the beach or go visit the local resort w/ pool & bar.
The studio apartment below becomes available at no additional charge when there are more than 7 paying guests.

Nice property - Like a motel

We are a family of 4 and spent 5 nights. For the price point the property is worth it. There were a couple of peculiar things that aren’t clear in the pics. The family room and bunk room that is connected to laundry have keyed entrances. Walking down the front balcony you come to Bedroom #1 (2 double beds) which has a separate keyed entrance (and uses a completely unique key. Bedroom # 2 Which is the master is a separate and unique key and then below the primary level is a separate apartment with its own micro-kitchen and bath and its own unique keyed entrance. Interestingly, each room had its own unique smell — some were musty, one was a Clorox smell. Again, nothing wrong with the property and we really enjoyed the easy access (short walk) to Jack’s. It is also a quick ride to the north side of the island and some good restaurants.

We had a wonderful time, such a great location for just hanging out relaxing or hiking the trails. Was very well equipped with everything we could possibly want. Would definitely stay here again.

Attention to Details

We enjoyed our stay. Beautiful views! However a few issues, dryer did not work (was not able to get anyone out), we booked a 4 bed 4 bath unit, when we arrived we were told that the 4th bedroom (the apartment downstairs) was $100 additional which it was not when I booked in March 2024. They did make it right after the first night and gave us a credit at the hotel down the street. The rooms are like a bed and breakfast, each has it's own door and not connected to the house. However the walls are thin and you can hear every toilet flush, etc. Also, the small bedroom off the kitchen, that bed is awful! It is so uncomfortable and nothing to set anything on in that room. PLEASE GET BLINDS for the windows, every bathroom faces the road and anyone can see into the house. We had to put up paper towels over the windows. Debbie was awesome, she did everything she could to assist us and make things right, however she was limited to what she could do. All in all we really enjoyed ourselves. I would re word the listing and be clear on the house set up. Everyone was very nice that we dealt with, and they were very responsive to make things right. I know the new owner is working to improve and I believe this will be stunning! May visit again!

Beautiful

We had a wonderful 8 night stay. The view is absolutely gorgeous!!. The walk over to jacks bay is less than 10 min. Its about 15min walk to issacs. We saw several great sun rises from issacs, which is a beautiful walk in the morning. The sun sets from the deck were spectacular. The master had an extremely comfortable bed for my wife and I. The room off the kitchen leaves a bit to be desired. It would be good for a single teen. It was mentioned that bed was not comfortable as well. The kitchen Is a bit dated and could use a minor face lift. Mostly a new range and a new kitchen sink set up. Its tight fitting but equipped decent for a vrbo. The knives were sharp which was a big plus for me. I would love to return, and would definitely stay again. We had a wonderful vacation Thank you!!

Beautiful house and view!

The house is very nice and the view is wonderful. Sara helped so much, by answering questions and giving us a tour of the house. We had everything we needed, and hopefully we can come back someday!

Lovely stay on the East side

We just returned from our St. Croix vacation and had an absolutely fabulous time. This property is extremely private and affords some gorgeous views of Grapetree Bay and beautiful sunsets. It’s a place we definitely come back to thank you Sara for making it as seamless check and check out. Can’t wait to come back.

Just a few days

We stayed/booked this property for a few days. It was beautiful. The ocean view is amazing. The property is well laid out and great for privacy. Our biggest complaints are that the master bed is crazy firm and because the property is on the east side its not near a lot of the hot spots for scuba diving or snorkeling. Its perfect for relaxing and going to an empty beach. (The stars are also amazing at this house) The realtor for this house is really great. She went above and beyond to accommodate our schedules and made sure we were familiar with the house.

Simply Amazing!

The view, the house, the host, all amazing!!! You can’t go wrong with this property. It exceeded our expectations in so many ways. We had the best time. Highlight of our trip was our many encounters with turtles. Saw them mating off the balcony, laying eggs on the beach, even swam with them at the pier. Can’t wait to come back! Thank you Sara for your hospitality.

The VIEWS!!!

The views were incredible, the house was as described and comfortable for our party of 7. Sara was excellent to work with and very professional. The only thing I would suggest is a light in the downstairs shower.

Perfect for our trip

Party of 6 (Adults, late teens, and 10 yo). We have been to the island a few times and prefer to stay on the quiet east end. Sara was great - laid out check in process, stayed in touch ahead of trip, walked thru property, offered assistance, etc. house had great views and offered pretty much everything you would need. Everyone was comfortable with the space and had plenty of rooms/beds to get a little break from one another. Great trip! Thanks again!!!!

Absolutely amazing!!

Truly Perfect

Six of us adults had a lovely ten day stay. One couple used the downstairs apartment which they liked, especially its terrace. The house is simply and charmingly decorated, and that endless veranda was even more beautiful than the photos. Good hiking and swimming are close by. We hope to return!

Relaxing and Quiet

When reviewing where to stay both Wayne and Sara were very responsive to any questions we had and we are so glad we picked this location and home. The house was great with everything we needed. It is on the east end where we spent every morning hiking and walking before heading out for the day or just relaxing at the house. The sunsets were beautiful. Sara met us when we arrived and gave us a tour and a lot of information for the house and the island. She was very quick to respond if we had any questions after that too and she made checkout flexible and easy. Thank you Sara for everything.. Thanks so much for our relaxing vacation.

Fabulous Stay

Our family of five had a wonderful stay. This property has everything you could want. The kitchen is well stocked, plenty of towels, games, extra linens, etc. We had booked another property that did not work out and Sara was gracious enough to take a last minute booking. She met us at the house and reviewed everything with us. Gave us restaurant information and a tour of the house. The customer service was top notch. We can’t say enough good things about this property and Sara.

Great deck overlooking the bay!

Very well appointed house. We had everything we needed and more. Quiet neighborhood. Nice hike to Jack and Isaac Bay for a nearly deserted beach experience.

We are late career educators and tropical fruit farmers from South Florida who very much enjoy life in the tropics, the sea, and the beaches.

We chose to purchase this charming house primarily because of the fabulous location. The house its high up on a cliff, overlooking the Caribbean Sea (Grapetree Bay). Besides the spectacular views from the deck of the home, you also can constantly hear the waves crashing below and feel and smell the clean ocean breeze 24/7. It is only a 5-10 minute walk to Jack's Beach which is located inside the Nature Conservancy preserve which is behind the house to the east. You can also walk to Isaac's Beach and cover miles of trails inside the preserve. It is a 10 minute walk or a 30 second drive down to Grapetree Beach, which is also very beautiful and not very occupied. The area is very quiet, not busy at all, with very little traffic, and you often times have the beaches to yourself, we've found.
