Best Water World location!

If you are going to Water World, you can’t beat this location…right down the road! Also very easy access to interstate. 1950s home on a main road that has been thoughtfully updated. It has 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom on main floor and 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and pull out couch in basement. We stayed here with another family so each had their own floor (2 kitchens and 2 washer and dryers). Communication with host was great. Backyard is nice and we enjoyed sitting out in the evenings. Kids were happy with large tvs and entertainment options.

Not What We Expected

We were aware that this is an older property but had no idea it was located on a busy 4 lane street. Our group of 10 came in two cars and were surprised to find a large pickup truck and another vehicle parked in the narrow driveway, forcing us to put one of our cars on the street for the entire stay. We did not feel comfortable doing that. The house itself was neat and clean. However, all closets were locked and not available. The house is a little small for the size of our group, which I knew upfront, but the busy, noisy street and lack of sufficient parking in the driveway were a turnoff. There were enough beds for our group but only 2 bathrooms. The property might be adaquate for a smaller group that doesn't mind the busy street, but we were disappointed.

The property is nice for multiple groups or families with the 2 kitchens and laundry rooms. The main downside of the property is that it is on a busy road. There's road noise (I did appreciate the white noise machines in every room to combat that). If your group has multiple cars, the driveway is narrow so it can be a process of getting a specific car out if you don't pre-plan for it. I am not sure how long this property has been a rental. I think over time some cosmetic updates will make it nice.

Beautiful home

Cute house about 20 minutes outside of downtown Denver! Stayed here with a wedding party and had a great time. The decor and cleanliness of the house was amazing and the hospitality from the host was great! Only, I guess you can call it a con, was that it didn’t look to be the best neighborhood but nothing bad happened during our stay and it was relatively quiet at night! So don’t judge a book (the house) by it’s cover (the neighborhood)!

Adequate for our needs

This was a good space for a group of girls. Basically 4 bedrooms and 2 baths and 2 washers/dryers for laundry. House is pretty much right on a highway and doesn’t look to be in the greatest of areas but we didn’t have any problems. On our last day, owner asked if we were going to use the kayaks and 10 min later showed up to take them. We never knew kayaks were available or we probably would’ve used them! One thing that was hard to deal with was the thermostat is locked out and you can’t change the temp. It fluctuates with the weather between 70-74 but the basement is about 65. Some of us were hot sleeping and the girls downstairs were freezing to death.

Great family home

This place was perfect close to everything and easy accessibility to highways markets parks. Gated backyard and host was easily accessible and quick to respond! Great spot for all families!

Great home

This home was perfect for my family of 10. It is pet friendly and has an amazing back yard with a grill. We spent a lot of time at the house and we cooked a lot. The only thing that was missing was a hand mixer for our pancake batter and a blender. The house was well stocked with trash bags, clorox wipes, hand sanitizer, make up wipes and fresh towels. The house was very nice! Plus, Jon responded very quickly. Thanks Jon!

Great Place!

Myself & a few other couples traveled to Denver for the weekend and this house was perfect for what we needed it for! The house was very clean & included 4 bedrooms, which is hard to come by. The owner, Jon was very attentive and available if we needed. Great communication! Highly recommend this property!
