This is a rare find in Miramar Beach, a spacious gulf front condo can accommodate up to 6 guests. Located just across the street from the Beach in Pavilion Palms. Pavilion Palms is a low rise gated community, with a pool and is located just across the street from Pompano Joe's beach access. Everyone will gather in this kitchen with custom cabinets, stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. The condo has been tastefully updated and is perfect for a great family vacation. Designated parking in front of garage C1.
Beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico can be seen from not only the living room but your master bedroom, as well. The master bedroom with king size bed and ensuite bathroom also has access to the balcony. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and a full bathroom. The couch provides a queen sleeper and the kitchen is stocked with everything you’ll need.
You can always take advantage of the complexes amenities which include a beautiful pool, grilling area, and private beach access. This low-density condo give the private relaxing feel!

The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. It had everything we needed. Loved the closeness to the beach and access to beach supplies since we flew into town. Our host was easily accessible. Would definitely stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The master bedroom was very spacious as well as the common areas. The second bedroom is smaller than it appears In the pictures but still nice. The balcony and pool is a big positive to this property especially if you have children with you. Communications with the host were quick as we did have some issues with the door lock and the garage door but was able to resolve them quickly. He even checked in with us mid vacation to make sure everything was going well. Overall we were extremely happy with our stay.

Awesome vacation!

Property was in excellent condition and very clean. It was nice to have beach chairs and kids sand toys at the condo.The host is very quick to respond to any questions. Awesome stay!

The condo was just as mentioned. The. Jew was exactly as stated. The floors being non-carpeted was an absolute plus for cleanliness and person with allergies and asthma. We were very close to everything and the community was perfect. Only problem was bathtubs backed up due to hair. I didn’t complain and it wasn’t enough to make it an awful stay about it but I mentioned it on check out. Alex said he would be sure to have this addressed.

Great Location

This is a great condo right across the street from the beach in Miramar. This condo is much bigger than most of them in Destin and is clean and easy to get into. You can walk to Pompano Joes for a great Seafood dinner. I highly recommend this condo.

This condo is excellent and the host is among the best, reaching out to make sure things are as expected but never being intrusive. We had one minor issue during the stay and Alex responded quickly and we had an immediate resolution. I highly recommend the condo; it’s spacious for those rainy days with an outstanding covered deck (we were rained on pretty intensely for a day - but never felt cramped), quiet surroundings, and a sliver of an ocean view to brighten your day. The garage is awesome as well!The complex is well maintained, and the pool is nice. If you are looking for the ability to grill or relax in a hot tub, this is probably not your complex. If those are not mandatory - stay here. You’ll love it!

Everything about the stay was excellent. The condo was very clean, Alex communicated with us throughout and the location is perfect. The public access entrance to the beach is literally directly across the street from the parking lot. It was everything we hoped for and more
