Located in a peaceful environment, this beautiful house of 160m2 offers a breathtaking view of the vineyards and benefits from optimal sunshine all day long.
The outdoor spaces are designed for relaxation and conviviality.
An elegant swimming pool, three shaded terraces (2 on the first floor and one in R-1 at the pool level) for meals inviting to rest .
Inside: a living room bathed in light and a fitted kitchen opening onto the terrace as well as 2 beautiful comfortable bedrooms. On level R-1 there is a bathroom and a toilet overlooking the lower terraces and the swimming pool.
The refined services and quality materials (air conditioning, bay windows, storage, built-in dressing rooms, mosquito nets on all bay windows make it an exceptional property).
Ideal for a couple or a family and friends wishing to enjoy a harmonious living environment between nature, comfort and elegance.
15 minutes walk from the sea, calm and tranquility guaranteed. A mini bus shuttle is available by the town hall with morning and afternoon schedules which serves all the districts and the beach

A very special house set in the hills of Banyuls Sur Mer. Designer accommodation over 2 levels with a great pool and double balconies. Powerful air conditioning, a great kitchen, everything you could want. The pictures do not do the pool justice, a great size and with an amazing setting, our children loved it.

Located within easy access of the coast, this fabulous modern two storey property is hard to describe as it’s built on a hillside overlooking unspoilt countryside. It’s built below an ordinary looking small house at ground level viewed from the road but once you descend to the level below this, via a terrace, you have an amazing dwelling with most of the accommodation on its upper level with a big terrace and below that a bedroom with another room giving access to a bigger terrace with a small swimming pool. The property has 3 fridges and an ice machine and everything else you could want for cooking and entertaining. There are 3 toilets and 3 shower rooms. The pool has a range of pool loungers and a robotic cleaner. The host was very helpful and kept in touch before and during our stay. The decor was lovely and artistic. .

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Nathalie, la maison est très agréable à vivre, magnifiquement rénovée et avec une superbe vue sur les montagnes et les vignes. L’environnement est très calme, très apaisant, idéal pour se ressourcer. Nathalie et sa fille nous ont très bien accueillis et Nathalie a été disponible tout au long du séjour pour répondre à nos questions. Nous espérons pouvoir revenir séjourner un jour dans cette belle maison et continuer à découvrir cette superbe région.
