This is the perfect place to relax and make a home for your visit to the Boston area. You'll be steps from the park, Lake Quannapowit, shops and restaurants and the train station. The atmosphere is chill and relaxed. Upon arrival, you'll find snacks, coffee, tea, water, eggs and butter. If you're bringing your furry family member, there will be dog bowls and poop-bags too. Dog bed and cat litter box available upon request.

We had a great stay for 5 nights in December. The host was welcoming and helpful with all our requests, and they clearly thought of taking care of guests with reusable shopping bags, a desk and printer, and plenty of tea and coffee. It was great having 2 bedrooms and such a well-equipped kitchen. We also made good use of the side yard for the pup and the laundry facilities for our long stay. The location is excellent for getting down to Boston, back to the North Shore, or up to towns like Andover. Loved being able to walk right down the street to downtown Wakefield as well. Highly recommended - would absolutely stay again!

Host was very welcoming! The apartment was very nice with plenty of space for my husband and I, and our puppy. Ranger loved the fenced in yard and the park that was near by so we could take him for walks! The house had everything we needed. We definitely would stay again. Thank you for sharing your house with us!

Home away from home

We spent the entire month of July here. Yanti was a gracious host and our ground-floor apartment was comfortable and the entire house, including the kitchen, was equipped with everything we needed to feel at home. Yanti is a great communicator and the check-in process couldn’t have been easier.

Convenient location

Had a great experience with our house and host. Wakefield is such an awesome little town. We walked by the lake and downtown to shop and eat. It was within a 30 min drive to all of our day trips we took, and the convenience of the train station we took into Boston was great.

home sweet home in wakefield

being in wakefield for a family reunion left us a choice of a hotel or vrbo...so glad we chose this vrbo....felt right at home..yes it is an old building..but it was clean and had everything we needed to feel at home...owner lives upstairs which was nice to know if we needed anything..but we did not...hope to return some day...

Perfect Location

We had a wonderful stay and location is perfect for what we needed. The only little downside perhaps are the noise the dog makes early in the morning that wakes us up. But overall it was a fantastic place.

Great Place

This is our second time staying at Yanti’s place and it was wonderful yet again. The home is very clean and welcoming. She was very accommodating with the winter weather we received which made everything run smoothly. We will definitely be back. Thanks again!

Historical tour

Lovely accommodations located in a wonderful area to walk in. Easy to get to Salem to visit historical sites. The guests booklet provided gave us all the pertinent information we needed. The host provided several amenities that I have not experienced in other Vrbo stays.

Charming and Comfortable

Yanti has put a lot of thought and energy in ensuring this house is inviting and comfortable for guests. The house and surrounding area has lots of New England charm. The fenced backyard is perfect for families with pets or to simply enjoy the outdoors. We spent a lot of time exploring Cambridge and Boston, so the Wakefield location was great for our family. The location of the house is great since we were able to walk to stores, restaurants, and the lake. We interacted with several locals, and they were friendly. We honestly felt all the comforts of home during our stay.

Wakefield Welcome

The VRBO neighborhood is quiet, safe & conveniently located to a Shaws supermarket, pharmacy & several good restaurants. The VRBO home is very comfortable and welcoming. The beds are comfy. The VRBO house has an older home charm. The VRBO host has the home clean & all necessities stocked.

Perfect stay in Wakefield

We have family here in Wakefield, so visit often. Yanti’s property is by far the nicest property we have stayed in here..and we will definitely be repeat customers! The apartment was very clean, and had everything we needed. Yanti was very accommodating; we checked in very late and she was kind enough to make up the sofa bed for us. Main Street is just a few minutes walk away, and has great restaurants, coffee shops and grocery options.

Great place

Great little place and great location. Came into town for sisters wedding and this was the perfect place for us. Can walk to shops, food and lake. Also great yard for our 4 legged friend. Will be staying again.

Very nice appartment with easy access to Boston

We had a nice stay in the appartment for one week. The appartment is equipped with two double bed rooms and a sofa in the living room. Unfortunatly the bed in the kids bedroom is pretty narrow (130cm) and it is not easy to sleep there with two persons but since we were only 4 one could sleep in the living room and that was okay for us. Other then that, the appartment has everything needed for a family stay. Thanks a lot

Amazing!

Can't thank Yanti enough for the perfect stay. The house is located minutes away from Boston and Salem - we were able to see all the sites as well as visit the gorgeous area we were staying in. Picture perfect town. The house was well stocked, clean and comfortable. Coffee, cream, ice - everything you need. Yanti's 2 pups were adorable and made me miss my pups a little less! Cant recommend staying here enough. A++++ for everything.

Wonderful Property In Wakefield

Our family of four had a great time at this property. Everything we needed was provided. The space was clean and comfortable. The location provided a nice easy walk to downtown and just a short drive to neighboring towns. 10 minute walk to the train that takes you to Boston. 5 stars! Will definitley be back!

The best VRBO on the planet!

My wife and I have stayed at many VRBO properties at this one is by far the most superior we’ve ever stayed at. Everything is perfect.! It’s a beautiful town, the furnishings are beautiful, the host has thought about absolutely everything you could possibly imagine. I can’t put into words what a beautiful rental of us is. You have to experience it on your own. It is very clear why this is a five star across-the-board property, bravo two Rifiyanti!
