Great location, fine house, one issue with listing

Ideal location for us (close to Aurora Sports Park). Clean, comfortable home, with some wear. Not a lot of glasses, cups, plates, bowls, and silverware, but adequate for our needs. Biggest issue was that there is a mention in the "rooms and beds" section of listing of a double futon, which does not exist.

Aurora

The location was accessible to food and shopping . The house was comfy and a nice setup except on the details it says 4 bedrooms and there are only 3 unless you count the couches in the basement as a room which is unfinished. The amenities provided I wish would have included drinking cups and bowels also the bathroom did include shampoo and conditioner but I would bring your own the quality is not the best . And having to leave the house as clean as possible we aren’t messy by any means but isn’t that why we pay a cleaning fee? I’ve stayed in many Vrbo homes and they are all different of course so who am I to say anything . Also things such as extra paper towels would be a nice little thing that helps out a lot especially with kiddos. The stay in aurora was overall a nice stay and we are planning our next visit to Colorado already .

Almost Great

We had a pleasant stay at this property. Positives: the size and arrangement of the house; the location in a decent neighborhood convenient to I-70; the cleanliness of the linens; the communication and helpfulness of the host. There were a few imperfections that could use improvement, which I suspect will come in time for this new listing: an annoying sound in the plumbing; a need for more thorough cleaning of some areas (e.g., floors); a few unfinished/shoddy remodeling points (e.g., loose towel rod in the bathroom). We were satisfied with the quality and value but also recognize the imperfections. "Good," but not quite "great."
