2) Online bookings are subject to owner approval. Booking will be confirmed or declined within 24 hours.
3) Regulations require a minimum 30-day rental agreement per month, therefore your rental agreement will reflect that.

*Also blocks on calendar may be flexible and often change especially when work on the property is rescheduled depending on what they are for so please do inquire even if it appears your dates are not available and we will try and see what we can do to make it work.
