Second time at this lovely home

This year’s stay was a return visit. We liked the home and location so much last year that we came back for another week this year with my son’s family. While the weather wasn’t sunny and warm every day this year, we found things to do in the area and Newport. We appreciate that the home now includes 2 king beds. Kitchen is well appointed, and owners leave lots of herbs and spices. Property manager David is responsive and accomodating. Location is convenient to the beach, bike path, grocery stores, etc.

Very lovely property

We rented this modern home in a very nice neighborhood to enjoy a week with our son’s family. Our group of 7 - 4 adults, 12 year old twin boys and a 10 year old girl - made full use of the well-equipped kitchen and expansive backyard. Unlike other houses we’ve rented, the owners left lots of spices, towels, plastic bags, aluminum foil, toilet paper, etc. in the house. While the Narragansett Town Beach might be considered “within walking distance” if you don’t need to take chairs, towels, beach toys, etc., it’s actually a short drive away. As my husband recently had knee surgery, it was great to have a king bed with an en-suite bath on the first floor. The original description stated there was another king bed in the house, which was not accurate. Fortunately the property manager brought a queen bed to the house and generously gave us a $200 restaurant gift certificate to make up for the inaccuracy. Property manager David was responsive and helpful throughout the pre- and post-stay process.

Beautiful Home, Close to Town Beach

A lovely, full amenity home with a large yard that can host a family, walkable to town beach and local elementary school playground. Our family enjoyed our stay!
