Kevin’s Place was the perfect place for us to stay. It was clean and well maintained with just a touch of retro-charm. We’ll be having an annual event in the area, and I hope that this house will be available every year!

What a hidden gem for rochester. My wife and I grew up in the area and come back often to visit family and friends. Wish we would have found this place earlier its that great. Pictures are true to the home and so many restaurants are nearby. When we come back for a visit we will stay here. Really beautiful home.

It's a great place to use as a base while visiting the area. So much better than a hotel room. Everything was in place for you to have a temporary home. The house is in a quiet neighborhood with some very good drink and food options nearby. Communication with the owner was easy.

This property has such charm! It was very clean. The beds were comfortable. Kevin was very responsive and went the extra mile to make our stay a great one! It was perfect for our family. We appreciated the spring waters and the treats he left for us. We have stayed at a few rental homes on the Rochester/Henrietta area, and this one is definitely a favorite now. We already booked another stay in November!

We had a great stay while visiting Rochester. The house had that classic back-East feel, and it was actually our first time staying in a house with a basement! We enjoyed playing a few games of pool, and having laundry available was really convenient. Kevin also left us muffins, water, and coffee, which was a very thoughtful touch.Kevin was quick to respond to anything that came up and was a great host. The location was also very convenient, with pretty much everything we needed within 15 to 20 minutes. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!

This is a wonderful home away from home! The location is super convenient to all places that we visited. The house is furnished with extra amenities, including coffee pods, bottled water, treats, and bathroom supplies. We love staying here and have stayed here many times before, it’s our ‘go-to’ when visiting Rochester! Kevin is a great host!

First off thank you Kevin for being such an amazing host! Very communicative, very clean, and very vibey atmosphere! Side note: beds are super comfy and love the pool table. Definitely coming back my new trip to New York!

Kevin is a most responsive and courteous host. The property is a delight--especially if you are looking to step back in time and enjoy a relaxed, home-like stay. We love the convenience of walking to North Winton Village and the quiet offered by this parkside location.

We enjoyed our stay in this charming home. The location is centrally located in a very nice neighborhood, with easy access to Rochester's points of interest. The landscaping is beautiful and the decor throughout is well appointed. Kevin is a very attentive host and responded immediately with answers to any questions. We would definitely stay here again!

great home away from home

if you're like me and looking for a home away from home where you can relax, eat and just chill, this is a fantastic property. it is well provisioned with dishes and silverware, cookware and cooking utensils, and linens. would highly recommend this property and will always consider it if available when in the Rochester area

Cozy getaway

Immaculate, comfortable cottage with everything one could ask for a great stay--including the prize of private, off-street parking! Conveniently located to walk to trending North Winton Village or make a short drive to the many attractions in Rochester. Kevin communicates clearly and promptly and responds immediately if need arises.Super choice for an in-town stay.

Great house and host

Perfect place for me and my husband. Quiet neighborhood, but close enough to town. The property was cozy, clean and well kept. Vintage charm. Comfortable beds, clean fluffy towels. Excellent contact and quick response from the host when I had questions. I doubt if our travels will take us to Rochester again, but if so, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again.

Kevin is a great host that provides timely and complete communications. He also ALWAYS provides extra amenities, which we really enjoy. This time, Kevin had some pumpkin spice muffins, which my husband ‘really’ liked!! There’s always Kcups, food items, hygiene items and just and overall level of comfort.
