Spacious & Comfortable apartment

Very clean, spacious and comfortable apartment with a well-stocked kitchen. Beds were very comfortable and fans were provided although it was cool and comfortable (even in mid July) with the windows open at night. The apartment is located in a safe, quiet neighborhood with several grocery stores within easy walking distance. We were met at check-in and shown how to use all the appliances which can sometimes be complicated in Europe. Plenty of dishwasher pods, dish soap, laundry detergent pods, hand soap and body wash/shampoo was provided. Communication was excellent both prior to our stay and during our visit in Vienna. The apartment is in a great location near the Naschmarkt, Karlsplatz and the metro line as well as easily walkable to all the museums and famous sites in the historical area of Vienna. My family of four really enjoyed our stay at the apartment!

Nice apt, great location

Nice, big apt. with lots of windows and elevator. One bedroom very small, but ok for 1 person. Clean and comfortable. Quiet building and neighborhood. One weird thing is 2nd bathroom does not have toilet, but that is located in separate half bath. Maybe this is a European thing? Great location, close to grocery, restaurants and buses/trams. Would stay here again. Thanks Eva!

Listing not accurate

Unit had one normal bedroom and one very small bedroom. Listing specified beds in 4 bedrooms but there were only 2 bedrooms. Also stated 2 king beds, not accurate. They used the LR/DR as bedrooms 3 and 4. First morning we had a sink that would not drain, messaged point of contact and no response. I would never stay here again.

Roomy and light flat in a perfect location

We stayed 6 nights and found this flat to be everything we needed. It’s close to many of Vienna’s sights. The nearby Naschtmarkt supplied a delightful array of fresh and prepared foods, allowing us to dine in with a minimum of cooking. The primary bedroom had a comfortable bed and en-suite bath. The dining/living area is very spacious. Overall a very good value.

Welcoming Out of the Way Quaint Place

Good place, 20 minutes walk, 10 min taxi outside of city center. 7 minutes from Naschmarkt, a local open market with great local restaurants which we visited twice. This is a local-feel area, near the university in a gentrifying area with lots of non-Austrian, inexpensive food places (geared to students). Apartment is right on the local tram line and near the grocery store which made logistics easy. The property managers were very helpful at check in and very responsive when we had an issue with the internet. They stayed in touch with us until it was fixed. The place is in a good location with both elevator and walk-up options. The living / dining combo area is very large. The rest of the place is much smaller. Though advertised as 2 bedroom 2 bath, sleeps 8, it really is a 1 large bedroom with in-suite bathroom and typical small european shower, 1 twin small sleeping room and in the living room, the sleeping spots for anybody else. The 2nd bathroom is really a (very small) toilet room and a 2nd room with a bathtub/shower with a high step in tub. The set-up was not an issue for us, but for the older couple we traveled with, we had to let them have the primary bedroom and in-suite bath because the other sleeping and bath arrangements were not navigable. We loved having coffee with the living room window open, watching the city wake up and people going to work. This is a good place to stay! It has good people running it.

Good location and parking.

Parking garage pretty much across the street. Unit is large but pretty basic IKEA furnishings. Master bedroom has a bathroom. Twin bed in a separate room. Pullout sofa in the living room/dining room. There is a toilet in the hallway and a shower/tub in another room that has the washing machine. There is a bar across the street that seems to stay open until 0800 on Saturdays that you may hear if someone is sleeping in the living room (ie more than 3 people in the apartment. Large refrigerator but no freezer. Unit has an elevator and is on the 2nd (US third) floor. Overall good for location but nothing really fancy. Good value.

Very nice spacious apartment

This was a great apartment to base our four night stay in Vienna - very spacious, super clean, quiet, a minimalist uncluttered atmosphere with good lighting and a nice little outdoor balcony. The kitchen was basic but well outfitted as we used it extensively. The location was good, but a bit farther walk than expected to the old district center and museums. Good communication with the owner, who was very helpful resolving a minor washing machine issue.

Lovely week in Vienna!

Excellent VRBO! Check in and other communications were easy, the apartment is quite spacious and comfortable, the location is perfect—both for the main central-Vienna sites and for venturing out. Would definitely sign up again!

Perfect location

We loved our stay at this beautiful property! Much bigger than the photos show and very comfortable. Walked easily to all of the main sights in Vienna. Very responsive and helpful Would definitely rent here again.

Great location

The flat is very clean. It has one very small bedroom with a single bed and one larger en-suite bedroom with 2 twin beds put together to make a king bed. There is a shower room where the washer is also. There is a separate toilet room in the hall. There is a large drying rack after using the washer. The kitchen is well equipped with equipment and coffee pods and maker. There was a tea kettle but no tea. There also were no spices so we bought salt and pepper and left them. In the living room are two sofas that can convert to beds. There is a dining table with 4 chairs. The flat was clean and bright and in a very convenient location to get to museums and opera and the fabulous open air market.

Great location

We are a family of four with children aged 13 and 10. This apartment is in a great location, it was easy to walk to all the major sites and we were 2 minutes from Nachstmarkt which was great for restaurants. The apartment itself was clean and had everything we needed. Check in process was straightforward and communication was good. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

Nice location and size

The apartment was very clean and neat and very comfortable except that the 2nd bedroom was very small. We had only one adult staying in that room and she found it somewhat uncomfortable. Michael met us and was extremely helpful and gracious. An easy walk to Hofburg Palace, St Stephen's Church and several other sights. Only one block to the Naschmarkt which is great fun to explore. Overall it was an very good value and I would recommend staying there.

One lovely stay in Vienna

My husband and I, along with another couple had a lovely stay in Vienna in this apartment. First of all, it is as centrally located as you could want with grocery stores just a block away, restaurants, transport and everything you could need within a minutes walk. The apartment is exactly as pictured, clean, white, fresh and airy. It is equipped with everything you need for a stay in Vienna, including extra travel maps and books. The main bedroom is large and has it's own bathroom and adorable little balcony that overlooks the yards below. The second bedroom is small,, it has just enough room for a double bed. We enjoyed coming "home" each evening to this comfortable home away from home while in Vienna. The owners / apartment managers were very responsive, helpful and immediately available for any need, showing us how everything worked, the cool wifi, (awesome) and made sure we were situated. They also provided us with lovely little welcome gifts. I'd highly recommend this property to anyone travelling to Vienna - you'll be thrilled with your choice of accommodations, I'm sure! Eva and Michi will surely take great care of you and you'll make great memories in Vienna!

Wunderschöne Wohnung, Toplage!

Also wir waren begeistert! Eine Wohlfühlwohnung im 4. Wienerbezirk, tolles Viertel! Zu Fuss schnell im Zentrum, auch die U-Bahn gut in Reichweite. Bis ins Detail alles, was man braucht, genial das Wlan to go, hat top funktioniert. Auch der kleine aber feine Säulenventilator hat uns in dieser heissen Woche gute Dienste geleistet, es gibt sogar zwei davon. 2 Bäder, was will man mehr. Toller Empfang von Eva, herzlichen Dank dafür, mit einer Rotweinflasche für den Abend und Redbull im Kühlschrank. Tolle Tips für die Umgebung, super netter Kontakt auch per Mail sowieso. Das Cafe Amacord haben wir gecheckt, super Essen! Supermarkt in 3 Gehminuten Entfernung. Frühstück draussen bei schönem Wetter im "Radlager", 20 Schritte von unserem Hauseingang, super nette Leute dort, ausserdem haben wir da einen Spitzenkaffe getrunken (Passalaqua, habe mir gleich ein Kilko besorgt + ein Glas von der Killer Marillenmarmelade!!) Keramik selber bemalen und brennen lassen 50m entfernt, toll für unsere kleine Tochter. Naschmarkt fast vis a vis etc. ect. Wir haben uns wirklich sehr sehr wohlgefühlt, werden, wenn wir wieder nach Wien kommen, auf alle Fälle wieder buchen. Herzlichen Dank Eva und Michi!

An excellent place to call home in Vienna

We thoroughly enjoyed our week in Vienna and our stay in this apartment. The place was as advertised, very tidy, clean and well equipped. The location is indeed very close to the center of the city. We very much appreciated being a short walk to the opera house, the Musikverein and other attractions. The very efficient Vienna subway and street cars are also very close to the place. The amazing Naschmarkt is one block away for almost all shopping and provisioning needs. We have used many VRBO venues in our travels and this apartment was one of the best in all respects. Congratulations Eva and Michi!
