Includes parking space n. 14. 2nd floor with elevator. Golf course and green space views. West-facing.
Living room, kitchenette, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, separate WC, and loggia.
WITH REVERSIBLE AIR CONDITIONING.
Sleeps: 6 people max. Bedroom 1: 1 double bed. Bedroom 2: 2 single beds. Living room: 2 pull-out beds.
Kitchenette: 4-burner ceramic hob, refrigerator with freezer compartment, washing machine, dishwasher, mini-oven, microwave. TV.
Bathroom: Bathroom with bathtub and sink, separate WC.
Residence with indoor heated swimming pool facing the golf course and 800m from Richelieu Beach.
The swimming pool is subject to approval by the Syndic and is normally open from mid-June to early September.
A security deposit of €400 is required by credit card (Visa or Euromastercard).
