Close to everything in downtown Cedar City and Utah ShakespeareFestival, Cedar Breaks National Monument, Brian Head Resort, Zion National Park, Sand Hollow Reservoir, multiple golf courses and endless trails for hiking and biking!
We have sought to equip our home to a high standard and to anticipate your needs for a luxurious stay! For your comfort, we have a large open kitchen and dining supplied with high quality kitchenware, a spacious living room, 1 King bedroom, 1 queen bedroom, 2 twin bedroom, 2 full baths, and a 20ft swim spa for your relaxation!

Great place!! Loved the location. It is close to everything. The house is beautiful and so happy and welcoming. It has everything you need and well stocked. The giant hot tub is amazing and so fun. Communication is great. Highly recommend.

We had a very nice stay at the house. It is clean and well-decorated, and the main area (living room, dining area, kitchen) is very roomy. The hot tub is great, and the location is nicely close to town.

Absolutely gorgeous home with all the luxury amenities. I felt like we were at a luxury boutique hotel. Super clean and all the extra touches make this stay feel like a dream. Super close to all the great restaurants and quick drive to the mountain for a day of snowboarding. Afterwards the swim spa was perfect. Highly recommend and can’t wait to book again.

Perfect Sanctuary in Downtown Setting near National Parks

Our family loved the Downtown Getaway in Cedar City. The backyard was a wonderful oasis with the swim spa being the highlight. The house was well-equipped with most everything you could need and decorated beautifully.

Best stay ever

This has to be one of the best stays ive ever had away from home everything was accommodated for never had to stress over a thing property was absolutely beautiful felt like i was dreaming the whole time i was there was magical pictures did not due this place justice .

The house was lovely and very comfortable. Nice outdoor, backyard area. We grilled one night and enjoyed the outdoor space.

Awesome House, Great Location

We stayed here to attend the Shakespeare Festival. It was a great place to stay and within easy walking distance of the Festival. The backyard and especially the very large hot tub were great perks to help us unwind in the evenings. I would definitely stay here again.

Thanksgiving visit

This was our second visit as my son is in grad school at SUU and we loved the house last year and immediately wanted to come back. Love the jacuzzi, and spacious kitchen/family room area. Highly recommend staying there when in Cedar City.
