Situated on the third floor of the Fantasea (walk-up, no elevator), this charming condo is the perfect home base for your beach getaway. Enjoy the coastal breeze on the private balcony, fitted with a retractable awning. The sparkling shoreline is just a quick stroll from home! A full kitchen offers a suite of appliances and all the necessary cookware to make your favorite beach snacks. After fun-filled days, unwind for movie nights in the welcoming living area. Add perks of this family-friendly vacation stay include free WiFi, cable, a private washer/dryer, and a shared outdoor shower. The convenient mid-town location means you are never far from the fun.

The fireplace isn't currently useable.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 3.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great location, Great floor plan

The location and layout of the condo were better than expected. Other than the condo being outdated and no secure wifi, my family enjoyed the vacation to OCMD. The 79th street area was not crowed especially for mid July. The creamery across the street was also fantastic.

Really nice location, really close to the beach but a lot of furniture is pretty old.

The condo is in a great spot, just a short walk from the beach, restaurants, and shops. It comfortably fits 5 or 6 people. Keep in mind that it's on the third floor, so you'll need to carry your luggage up the stairs. Some of the furniture is quite old, and a few chairs are falling apart. The toaster is broken, and many pots, pans, and utensils are either old or dirty. One of the burners is loose, and the kitchen faucet is a bit tricky to use—you have to push it down to turn it off. If you don't plan to cook much, it should be fine. Overall, it's a decent place to stay, good location and offordable price.

Dirty

This was a horrible place to stay. So dirty. Layers of dust, dirt, and grime on the walls, blings, curtains, wall hanging, on and in kitchen cabinets. You cannot use anything in the kitchen due to it being so unsanitary. I wanted to leave the moment I got there. Disgusting and disappointing.

Good location but that's about it

The place is extremely outdated , I'm seriously there's a Vcr and a 5 disc cd player there. Everything is very run down . The stove is awful the burner is so uneven we could barely cook. The place looks like its still the late 80s early 90s . For the price they are charging it should be modernized. I must say the place was very clean and smelled good when we arrived but needs a real over haul. I didn't mine the lack of elevator but my mom inlaw really struggled. I can even say it was a great value because I've stayed at places for the same price and they are renovated and have elevators. No foot wash area is pretty annoying too , dragging sand everywhere is a pain. We ended up using the neighboring building everytime.

You can find better.

We were a group of 3 adults and 4 children (6,5,2.5,1.5) vacationing together for 4 nights. Here’s our take on this spot: Pros Location - easy walk to the beach Amount of space - bedrooms were a good size. Great air conditioner Private (top/4th floor) - walk up/no elevator - you do share balcony space with the adjacent unit. Cons Dated appliances Dingy floors/furniture Towels and bedding was very cheap/flimsy Not family/kid friendly - Ill-equipped kitchen, no seasonings, what pots/pans that were there was dirty and/or old. - No bathtubs, only 2 showers - Only one TV and not much to watch…choices very slim (only 4-5 local channels), no Smart TVs/streaming applications Bottom line - this condo is great if you’re looking for a place to crash but it’s lacking many simple comforts for guests and conveniences that are necessary when traveling with kids

The room was “cleaned” but it was NOT CLEAN. It’s a good thing I bring cleaning supplies on vacation. Take gloves with you if you plan on touching the kitchen drawers to open them. The filth and grime appears that it has been there for years. The pictures online make it look much nicer than what it actually is. Advertising a queen bed, but there is NOT a queen bed. The master bed was the most uncomfortable thing I have ever slept on in my life, not even sure I slept a full 8 hours during the entire stay. The pillows were thin, not good for adults that need support. The master shower had previous renters hair all over the wall. There were used fake nails on the floor in the bedroom. Absolutely no view of the beach. Although very close to beach. Maybe the sleeper sofa is bigger in size. But the sofas don’t look clean. They are old, and worn out and stains everywhere. 3 red/brown stains.,.,. Not sure if it was blood or red wine. When I complained they sent someone out but it was the middle of the afternoon and we were eating and showering. She cleaned the coffee table for us, which had also looked like there were years of dirt and grime, but I wasn’t going to have her clean around a family of 5 with 3 teens. Being on the top floor, be prepared for a long haul to get everything up the stairs. There is no loading dock, no elevator. If you are a family with kids or teens I suggest looking elsewhere. This place is only in shape for a group of young adults looking to party. The cost I was ok with, given as though we needed 3 bedrooms. But…. All of The above grievances quickly changed my mind. Vacasa and the property owner should be ashamed of how much they charge for this place.

potential but overall disappointed

Steps away from the beach in a great location but old broken down furniture, beds and white carpet long turned black left a lot to be desired. Missing closet doors and smoke detectors were annoying. Don't mind old appliances as long as they are clean and work but beds, carpet and couches have to be replaced every few decades. They don't last forever cheapskates.

Nice but not great

The home is located on the third floor so I hope you don’t bring anything heavy. Whenever you get inside the carpet is dirty and so are all of the vents, the filter is covered in dust/hair. The good parts: after it got cool (never cold) it was ok, and there was plenty of room for everything we had.

Great location, could be cleaner

The location and apartment was nice. A lot of dust on the lights , did not vacuum under the beds, 2 of the towels were dirty and some of the blinds in the extra room were taped up and broken.

Very outdated , alot of appliances and outlets were not working. bathroom was not cleaned entirely. No Iron or ironing board. and only one room key was in lockbox.

Great location close to the beach!

There were a few things that needed to be replaced such as the closet door and blinds. The porch is connected to the neighbors so there isn’t a private area to hang outside. Also, there are a few owners in the building and one lady in particular on level 2 seems annoyed with renters. There are no little essentials available so pack everything you need down to pans as there are very few.
